Other than the odd properties of the loft, this floorplan is nearly perfect with the 12V fridge, power bunk and huge residential living area👍and kudos to Alliance for not insulting buyers with Dollar Store 4” fart fans in a $125,000 RV😊
Question for you Josh. Why hasn't anyone ever created a slide out that comes out directly above the tow pin? Think of the massive amount of extra room with a front telescoping front.
The legless dining table and chairs should be an option in more units. Especially if you can fold the table away. I've got a dinette booth in mine that I hardly ever use and it just takes up a lot of space in my kitchen area.
What's old is new again, Fleetwood use to do a drop down bunk in there mega slide that drop down over the sleeper sofa and dinette table i am surprised no one has done it again given the improvement in slide technology from the Fleetwood days.
The CRE3000 is well worth the upgrade on any trailer. We had our GD XLS 22MLE upgraded to that and wet bolts before we ever picked it up. It really smooths out the ride and stops the push/pull you can get with the basic equalizers manufacturers use. I like the power bunk but I can see where it might be a rainy day problem if the kids, young or old, start riding it up and down. I'd consider replacing the sofa with an easy chair and desk/chair turning the space into an office/reading/guest room.
The issue I have is why all of the RV companies going to two entrances into the bathroom. Is that really necessary? The sliding door has gaps on the top and bottom. So if your partner is trying to sleep, they now have light coming into the bedroom. Plus you take away space by having the second door and it makes the bathroom feel tight.
1. They have to enclose that midbunk, curtain is not blocking sound. 2. change the bathroom counter top (why orangeish in there) 3. On demand water heater
Great Review! I like how you give a product your honest evaluation! Could you review a Forrest River Palomino River Ranch 392MB? We are interested and there aren't any in our area.
It depends on what happens with Columbus. They were going to be renamed as part of the Rockwood family but now it doesn’t sound like that’s happening So.. nobody really knows what’s happening with Columbus right now
Hey Josh have you heard if any of the manufacturers talking about atmospheric water makers yet? There is a company that is making one for rv’s, regular vehicles and class A’s
I like that loft. For me, it's not so claustrophobic, you can keep an eye on a child there and it's easier to clean than those that go all the way back.
This is perfect for full-time living. The only thing is dislike is the master bedroom has no privacy become the stupid door in the center. Edited to add, that open loft is also a bad choice. I'd build a wall there to close off the office space.
Another big beast but I must say very very nicely done. The loft to me would be bulk storage, not often used items given the amount of sleeping capacity without it is so good. The flex room would be great for those under arrest, lock them in. It looks a bit tight at the foot of the bed, but it might just be the camera angle. Exterior storage is HUGE. Well done, Alliance.
They’re typically only about 74 inches long The factory only offers the furniture that you see here, but I’ve seen some different aftermarket options applied
Do thise big windows open and close? I still cant tell. Alliance says they do. Maybe the next Alliance (like the 382RK wink wink nudge nudge) you showcase you could demonstrate. Thanks Josh!
I watch these videos of larger fifths and drool over the extra space and amenities (though I love my current travel trailer). But it just hit me ... I tend to have either dirty or drying dishes sitting next to the sink. With all of these current floorplans with the sink in the island my dirty and/or drying dishes are now on display for the whole cabin instead of tucked away in a corner. Do I have a solution? Of course not! (ok, maybe the solution is to opt into the dishwasher ... )
Im on my last few years of woods camping. If i got this it would be a perfect way to live out the days.. Wonder what it would cost to be buried in it? 😁
I don't like this one. I LOVE it!!! ❤❤❤ Nearly perfect! Only drawback I'm seeing is a safe place for the pain in the tush CPAP. I'm sure I'd figure something out. And I don't mind that mid open bunk. Could be a win for someone with a child who is afraid to sleep all by themselves. It can give them a sense of closeness yet allow the parents or older siblings to sleep without the kidney punches, elbows in the gut, and feet wrapped around their neck! 😂

I agree about the USB outlets on the recliners. For $120k the furniture seem so "last year"... A little bit dated. "Publique by Nerd." I'm running the other way after that slogan!!! Hmmm... I think i prefer the 2024 North Point 310RLTS which is the reverse of a couple of years ago, when I was placing an Alliance alongside a Montana at about $110k or so.
I want to live midbunk floorplans, becauee you get a great living area. But they always have smaller beds and i am that full hrown special adult situation. Sadly, a toygauler setip makes more sense. That said, this is relaly nice and the basement is huuggee. Alliance is proably my preferred brand. But who am i kidding, unless i win the lottery or find a long list rich uncle, i am in travel trailer budget.
"Publique by Nerd", was funny enough to make me shoot beer up my nose, so thanks for that pearl, Josh! 😂👌🏼

This is one of two floor plans by Alliance we are considering. Thanks Josh.
I don’t get why the bunk is open to both the hall and the middle room. That kills privacy for both the bunk and the middle room.
My guess would be that it would have to do with that ductless AC system.
Great floorplan!

I realize the weight might be prohibitive, but I'm sure they could design some super heavy duty stuff to take care of that, or like a long neck hitch.
It's been done. Wasn't met with a lot of success
Tongue weight is the issue.
Slide outsides of any size , are heavy .

They are pushing most trucks load capas it is.
Love the way you always put the important stats in the videos!
I really like everything about this rig! I could live in this, no problem!
Great re-design of the front storage masking three separate compartments for batteries, generator, and storage!

I agree! I am not a fan of knee knockers

Seems like it happens more in these wide body models. I do prefer a single entry myself

Could you do a review on the Shasta 18 BH I see you have one at your dealership thinking about getting one
Good video Josh

Thank you for watching!
How tall of a person can sleep in that bonus room on the tri-fold sofa? Could that sofa be removed and a queen size air bed used in its place?

Most do have some level of airflow yes

That's actually one of the reasons I am not a fan of sinks in islands
But that trend sure doesn't seem to be going away
