SSBM - Event 8 - 9.63 [TAS]

Compared to 9.92 Luigi:
-5f on second kill by manipulating Samus to fastfall SD instead of spiking
-11f on third kill by manipulating the same fastfall but spiking at the end
I thought I was never going back to this event, but then vikingja casually told me that he had seen Samus do a reverse up b while trying up smashes with Falcon (mimicking Samplay's method). Indeed it turns out she will turn around (and also drift way more) if threatened by a nearby attack after starting her up b.
Because of that, an "instant" fastfall was possible since she no longer would grab the edge. The problem is, she only fastfalls sometimes, plus she can fastfall anywhere within a ~15 frame interval. You also need the usual frame 1 up b:s and misfire nair to happen. TLDR; it was a nightmare to optimize this, and in fact I believe there's still a couple frames to gain. Falcon will max at 9.70 according to my calculations.
