these are concrete brackets. they are available at home depo and similar shops. I put foundation little bit more than meter deep, but it depends on ground structure
If I remember correctly: all wood + osb panels 270eur; slide, climbing rocks, swing hangers, swing brackets 180 eur; screws, connectors, etc small thinns - cant say, as lot of these I already had.

concrete bases were leveled with laser level. afterwards posts were connected to concrete brackets with thread rods.
No information provided in the video. You have done a brilliant job but it will be almost impossible to follow steps.

The top bar that you used, i guess its a 4 by 4 wood, did you get 4 by 4 solid wood or you joined 2 x 2 by 4 beam to make a 4 by 4?

I bought it at store what sells playground equipement, but seen similar slides in home depo style stores too (at least at summer season).

What you did not showed is the base foundation im curios how its made did you poured concrete?
Foundation - I used ground drill to drill 1m deep holes in ground. Then put plastic tubes and filled with concrere.
