he was awesome in no country for old men, and looks just as badass here. this might actually be a good zombie movie... i'll wait and see but will deffinatly keep it on my list

I know, zombie movies are getting repetitive, but this one looks like it brings more to the table than most, like shaun of the dead or dawn of the dead did.
My prediction for when the 1st trailer will come out... I think it will come out same day this trailer came but 10 years later. I mean makes sense, right? Sony wanted to release the sequel 10 years after the 1st movie

First you define "basically" as without embellishment (which is obviously what I meant). Then you go into such specific detail for Dead-Rising/Zombieland to emphasise their differences yet that ACTUALLY constitutes embellishment. Are you telling me in this trailer there is no improvising of weapons for killing zombies? And seemingly having fun while doing it without the usual horror themes you have in zombie flicks. Is it not a pedantic detail of exactly where and for how long it takes place?
i'm pretty sure that the director love Left 4 Dead like hell. there're guitar,Basketball bat, Carnival, Uzi, Akimbo Pistol, Shotgun and maybe...Boomer..
I think they'll need a gimmick to sell this turkey, it should come with a free bottle of bioluminescent powder that you can add to any carbonated beverage inducing susceptible people to become zombies.

Agreed. But "People Who Died" by Jim Carroll played over the ending of the remake (Ving Rhames) Dawn of the Dead certainly qualifies as well.
i love zombieland my favourite is the cowboy dunno his name seen it about 10 times tne cowboy is AMAZING he kills most of the zombies

I LOVE Zombieland
Shaun of the Dead was brilliant in every way. It raised the bar for comedy, horror and comedy/horror. I'm pretty sure this will be pretty good tho.
