I CAME WITH THIS METHOD TO FIX SUCH ERROR.

If You don't want to go through all this process,1. go to settings,2. search calibrate, and press on reset calibrations in the list of options. Your phone goes off after a while, and now there are no more black screens during calls. Your phone goes black during calls as a result of wrong calibrations by the proximity sensor in the phone.
