For a similar southeast-asian made messenger bag, I recommend Life Behind Bar's Echelon Messenger Bag. It is much better suited for cyclists due to expandable options, laptop pouches, waterproofness. Price is just as affordable, has additional options such as a Cobra buckle strap, and an addon pouch.
Style is so clean and really balances the tech/military look that I feel is overdone in brands like MW and TAD. Also love that they use xpac and silnylon instead of 1000D cordura.
A cool way to do the outfit thing is maybe have some of your fans who want critique send in outfits so the roast is expected while at the same time providing constructive criticism

I think it's that I don't want people to think I'm a techwear God (cuz I'm not lol) or that I have the authority to say what does/doesn't work in techwear. There are people out there with far more knowledge and experience than me!

Regarding the off center positioning of the cube m, I may have a solution although I haven’t tried it yet. I plan to try using annex clips instead of the clips supplied by orbit. How it differed is that one of the sections is split into like two fangs, so it can also go between two sections of MOLLE. Or at least that’s how I think it could work. Can get it for cheap from China for clones, but legit ones that I know of is from Tom Bihn.
They're a tiny bit on the relaxed side - I went true to size and it's all good. Could probs go 1 down if you want an athletic fit but personally I prefer things a little big than a little small
