@daveparko3519 Yes, it's only used to build classrooms, school perimeter walls, school offices, toilets etc...or police stations, or security gates something like that... I'm sure ukikumbuka all the CDF projects you know you'll notice that...
Estate roads belong to county government and only MCA can push for its construction to the county executive... while an MP can push for construction of the roads that belong to national government to the executive
