I'm 18 now, but when I was 17 and even now I didn't care about rumors n such that went around. Especially over the internet. I tried to stay in my own lane and what's in my immediate future. So when I hear people talk about all this ridiculous "he said she said" it gets old. Even about Drakes "nudes" getting leaked. It was interesting at first to learn about but I didn't care enough to research it or anything. Just went by word of mouth and even then I didn't really care as much as others.
i’m 11 i’m not religious but i respect all religions but i wanna get better i wanna get in shape be able to do a pushup i want better grades I just can't seem to do anything and I don't know how to start at All
Start today. I don’t know your starting point, I would start trying to get to a push-up, then eat better. You are still a young kid, but the younger that you start eating proper, the better. Next grades, get at least 30 min of studying EVERY day, don’t cram right before tests. I’m 14 and started two years ago. Look up what a lot of the unhealthy food does to the body. The internet is a great place to look for help. Team3DAlpha, Sean Navalniy and Renesans periodization are great places to look.
Just start day by day. Thats where u start need motivation ? U wont have that daily. If ur looking for a bad sick way to start fall in love and get ur heart broken. Otherwise just start. Doesnt matter if u dont feel like doing something, once you start you get used to it. Goodluck on your journey and always remember, talking about doing something, thinking about doing something aint doing it that will help you too...
