Austrian here... I just want to point out that Oliver Glasner is no "one man show" so to say.... He is a "team player" with his training staff = Christian Angerschmid + Ronald Brunmayr + Emanuel Pogatetz ..He is not "their boss" but their partner and everything they do is a "trainer team decision"..So everything you praise Glasner for in behalf of tactics is actually the result of a "trainer team effort" While Angerschmid was Glasner´s Co from the get go (both also played together as players in the same team for decades and they are best friends) Brunmayr + Pogatetz were successful managers themselves in Austria before they joined Glasner (Brunmayr quitted his at that time current manager job in order to join him to Frankfurt + Pogatetz quitted his current manager job last February in order to join him to Palace) ... So Crystal Palace is actually coached by 3 fully trained and qualified Managers = Brunmayr (who was as player a striker) for the offence + Pogatetz (who was as player a defender/def. midfielder and he is the only one in that staff who had Premier League experience as a player and that´s why Glasner wanted him to join as well) for the defence ...Glasner is basically in that staff "the first amongst equals" coordinating everything and his personal strength is especially the mental approach = the talking with the players + team building = building confidence in his players´ minds
The way they play now also spreads the work load, which inturn lowers risk of injury and allows us to be strong at every minute of the game, something we struggled with before. OG knows what he is doing.
I looked at this because I'm a Palace fan and it is great. Really simple and easy to understand. I subscribed and glanced over your other videos and you're a fan doing fan videos. Please don't do that any more. Please do tactics videos like this all the time.
What I absolutely love about this man is he doesn’t rely on a particular player to get him out of trouble or win games. We’ve had players injured and those that came in to cover do an amazing job because they understand the system and the system is what is winning us games.
OG made one simple step to make the team better, he got them running more and fitter than before. You could see the first 4 games we still struggled in the system, not because of ability but they couldn’t last 90. Now the team looks energised every single game. LOVE IT
He made it well, and with a few players added they could have a great season next year... there are free players like Kelly from Bournemouth or Tosin from Fulham that could add what is missing... with Doucoure's return in the middle (was great last season sadly we hadn't seen any of him this year) that could be great.
Loving the content Hajj. Hoping guys like Eze and Olise can move to Champions League clubs this summer. If they’re sold, Palace would surely miss them but they could also reinvest.
We literally have to sell one of our star players or we will be in trouble with FFP, such a shame as keeping this team together could achieve great things

Exellent video I really enjoyed watching this team after he arrived . They always scared me but now I’d be suprised if they didn’t finish top 5

Sell guehi and keep the attack if possible. Guehi will bring in £60m. Great player but hasn’t played much under Glasner anyway
Tactico Haj🔥😂
Ill make a Southgate one for you akhi
@@HAJJBALL Man said Southgate you’re the one who loves pie and mash 😂
How have they been transformed? They're still in the bottom half of the table.
Since Glasner has come in only city and Arsenal have amassed more points.
@@ay613 But still in the bottom half.
@@dirkbogarde44are you retarded?
Do you understand maths and how a league table works?
@@IFlipRizla I understand they're in the bottom half.
