My 2004 BMW 325i only got 15 MPG since I bought it 5 years ago.
I cleaned the MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR and I'm getting around 30+ now!!!
(It never threw a fault code for anything. Including Oxygen Sensors.)

Old Spark Plugs and dirty Air Filters are usually the 2 main culprits and fairly cheap to replace.

As mentioned, be very careful if you pull the throttle body. Take a picture of where the butterfly valve is setting before attempting to clean. A LOT of modern and even '06 models do not have an absolute position sensor to determine where the butterfly valve actually is. They use an indirect position sensor, and if you move it, and then replace the TB, it will think it is in the original position and adjust it programmatically from there. You may end up needing to get it towed into a shop, or have to replace the unit entirely.
Sometime the re-tune steps mentioned will not be able to correct.

Also change your air filter. My Hyundai fuel "Range" was always around 400 miles after a fill-up. I noticed it dropped to around 360 to 370. Changed air filter and it took about 5 or 6 fill-ups and now it is back to 400. Measured mpgs and went from around 31 up to 35 mpg with just a $20 air filter.

That was very good intel on the TB. I didn't know that. I had to clean the TB on my 02 Tundra (4.7L) and I did it without removing the unit. I sprayed and scrubbed a pretty good amount of carbon from the inside with minimal deflection of the butterfly valve. The old donkey ran great after that with no ill effects from my amateurish cleaning technique. Now that I know better I will do better. Great job and very informative.

Can you guys do a video on engine stalling... I've replaced everything from a fuel pump to multiples different sensors... including all the ones you're talking about in here... only thing I can think of doing now is possibly the alternator is cutting out then coming back to life so it tests normal but doesn't work correctly intermittently for say.... that's me just taking an educated guess... I've done the fuel pump, cam shaft position sensor, throttle position sensor, new injectors, plugs wires & spark-packs... broke the upper neck of my radiator so I got a new radiator including upper and lower hoses end thermostat... if this model has a fuel filter then it's unknown where it's at... Anyways, any help would be appreciated... 2003 hyundai xg350 L

    Fuel Tank Capacity 50Liter
It will give 560 kilometers if I fill up fully for the long travel.
When am drive inside the city for full tank its giving me 290 to 300KM
These are the steps that I have done.
    1. Clean the mass airflow sensor.
    2. Clean the throttle body.
    3. Clean the plugs.
    4. Changed the engine oil and gear oil.
    5. Clean the fuel filter.
    6. Clean the fuel Injector.
    Please assist me with this.

To properly clean a throttle body, it needs to be open. Carbon buildup on the back of the throttle plate isn't really the issue, the issue really is the carbon buildup on the edge of the throttle plate and around the inside of the throttle body where the throttle plate makes contact. That's what will restrict the airflow and could cause the throttle plate to stick and you won't be able to effectively clean that with the throttle closed. On a mechanical throttle body, there's no problem with manually opening and closing it. But with an electronic throttle body, you need to be very careful. Usually you can leave the throttle body plugged into the harness and have someone sit in the car and hold the pedal to the floor with the key on and the engine off to open the throttle so you can clean it. Just be careful to not move the throttle plate because that could set codes and/or mess with the calibration and cause problems. If you can find the manufacturer's specific procedure for your vehicle and it does not involve special tools you don't have like a dealer scan tool, that's always your best bet.

But when I let of the pedal it dies down and turn off. .. can someone please give me any idea what else it could be. My Mazda goes into limp mode. I am getting DTC codes P0220, P2100 for throttle position and P50A cold idle. Resetting the ECU and performing a throttle relearn gets me on the road but as soon as I slow down too suddenly, it goes into limp mode again. I had it at the garage and they cleaned the MAP sensor and throttle body as they said it is the most likely suspect but the problem persisted. Then they said they checked all the wiring and everything was good and the readings from the throttle and pedal were good. They suspected the ECU because at one point they couldn't get communication. I took the car back as they couldn't guarantee replacing the ECU would work and that told me they have no clue what they are doing. I found that the DTC connector had a loose pin so that was why they were having problems. I am really drawn to the MAF sensor. With the MAF sensor disconnected I have identified the 12V pin and the 2 ground pins but the ground pins are showing 15 ohms from the battery negative to the MAF connector. Shouldn't I be getting good continuity there? One day, after resetting the ECU and performing a throttle relearn, I decided to just let it come down to idle. Just before I put it in reverse it jumped into limp mode ie;really low rough idle. When in limp it will not go past ~20 km/hr. Please help as I cannot afford to take it to Mazda which is 3 hours away. Plus I don't know if it would make it anyway. I really don't think it's the ECU. Something is telling that ECU to go into limp mode.
