I love when Matt reviews some products, because he says what he wants to say, not what the brand wants him to say. Beadmaker is great but I use Turtle Wax Seal and Shine, because even after 6 Months there is beading. Beadmaker is perfect for a Glossy and Slick finish.
I just bought some the other day and tried it on my ceramic coated VW GTI. I was blown away with it! Can't wait to try it on my RS3 next which also has ceramic coat and a top coat. After I put it on the VW and tried closing the door, my hand slipped off the door! Great stuff!
Matt is never impressed by anything. Hilarious that you found that thumbnail in there. Anyway, I'll order a bottle, for sure. I want to use this stuff.
I just ordered a gallon with the ik sprayer and the towels and cannot wait to do my first coating. I've been using the Wolfgang dillution with distilled water as a drying aid and have been very impressed. I've never used beadmaker yet, but I have a feeling it's gonna be very impressive. The Wolfgang is the most impressive detail spray I have used to date, when used as a drying agent

hmm, this product definitely seems interesting! can it be used simply after my weekly hand wash? and if so, i wouldn't need to apply it again for 2-3 weeks in a garage kept car? thanks for any insight.
Do you recommend washing with OPT-ONR first then sealing with P&S Bead Maker? Also what rag or sponge do you recommend using? Can you explain the differences with the Micro-Fiber towels you offer and what is GSM or which towels for washing and which towels for drying.

Hello, I just bought a used corvette. Car was at a dealership but looks pretty good. Do you recommend doing an iron x and clay bar if I don’t know the history on a car or should I just wash wax and spray the bead maker and it’s good enough? I know it’s a tough question, but is it always important to do this with something new? Thanks!
Ok, so you say it has polymer 'hardeners' in it. Does this mean i can apply, say, Jescars powerlock + to my vehicle, then spray this on later, and it will harden the sealant and increase the durability?
if im correct, Bead Maker will get applied after i wash/dry my car, then let cure for best result, then if i needed to quickly clean off my car i could just use some quick detailer or whatever and my paint would be protected and very very shiny correct?
Josh Pierce,do you think it will make White glacier (my truck color) pop?it's a brand new truck and I have butter wax by chemical guys on it along with their mirror finish and it looks great.i have bead maker and gonna apply it this weekend but just wanted your opinion.thanks!!

THIS WAS THE SAME EXACT REACTION I HAD! I haven't waited 8 hours yet but compared to the turtle wax ice spray wax I applied 3 days ago, it does not deserve that much excitement. Yeah its better, but, as Matt said, I really want to test it more.
I use ammo reflex and ammo skin on my personal vehicle. I’m currently using ammo hydrate as a drying aid but I’m thinking about getting this because I’ve heard a lot of good things about it.
I was interested in beadmaker but after having a look at some reviews specifically by sandro from Car craft auto detailing, I'm not going to bother with it😊
So it only takes a couple of sprays per panel after the essential application? I have a full size truck and if you have to spray it like you did in the video every time...wow that's a lot of product being used. And have you guys done any testing in the real world as far as durability?
I didn’t like it as a drying aid. I found this VERY similar to Adam’s H20 Guard Gloss that most people apply wrong and hate. I love both, found them to last about the same time and look similar. Use Adam’s when wet, P&S when dry. Only thing is, you have to know how to work with Adam’s to get the best results
Just tried this stuff and its awesome! Only a few hours in and the car is super slick. The only issue I had is there is a bit of streakiness or ghosting after its dried. It was pretty hot and humid out so maybe that caused some of it?

Just curious, have you guys tested it in high humidity? It's interesting what happens to this product in high humidity:) Matt may not like it in Florida!
Thanks for the heads up Scott! It actually performs quite well in high humidity! There are lots of Professional Detailers in Florida that use Beadmaker. Levi Gates it's a good product, the guys you mentioned in Florida, are they applying inside a shop (a controlled environment) As you mentioned you like how it looks 8 hours later..If you apply it when humidity is really high, you will notice tiny spots during that 8 hour period when you go back to look at it. I have started using it here in Houston and it works great. I do the blow dry to get most of the water off after the wash and then pull car back into garage for the light drying and apply Bead Maker. Used it on two of my cars so far as trying out Adams Guard-n-Gloss on my truck. I have never experienced any post reaction like you are stating. I have photos of it after storms and know for a fact that it gives a shine that is truly amazing on my 11-yr old red Camry. It has seen many a rain storm of late and continues to bead-off the hood area very nicely. I will state that neither of these two test cars have any type of sealant applied. I have used a couple of waxes on a few panels and neither has exhibited any post effects (Collinite 815 and GG Poly Wax). So at this point I have used about 8-oz of Bead Maker and just ordered a gallon.

I thought polymer based products DONT adhere to coatings?? I'm confused of how this will bond to a rock solid Sio2 silica dioxide coating. This would only make sense to me to place it on a naked surface or maybe on a surface that has a paint sealant (polymer based). Even a wax surface to me wouldn't make sense. Am I wrong??
The Rag Company I appreciate the quick reply. I have no idea what like-minded polymers are?? I know you stated that it migrates into clearcoat/coatings but how? I understand you guys are not the chemists behind bead maker but I'm definitely gonna do a little research on it. Marketing does a great job now days on persuading bs because I got the impression from multiple professional sources that mention carnaubas and polymers don't play well with ceramic coating products. I install ceramic coatings for a small side business so I just want to utilize the right products for myself and clients. Looks like I got some homework to do. Any durability claims? Thanks for your time

can you dilute it or is it better to use full strength?
Could this be used effectively on an Xpel wrapped vehicle w/ceramic layer? I'm assuming yes, but just wondering if the PPF makes a difference.
P&S can be used on top of all Ceramic coatings?
This will work as a topper / drying aid on top of a sealant like Powerlock?

Thanks for your time
The Rag Company the quick response is much appreciated! Thank you. Will definitely contact Dave to satisfy my OCD😂.
