What does that say about Jalen Hurts, cause he needs that $12 mil a year rb and he needs those $25-30+ mil a year wrs.

@@darksimmie2572 except he proved he didn’t need a 12 million a year RB and almost won a Super Bowl 2 years ago

@seanmaffia man please. Without that defense and the Tush Push they wouldn't have gotten anywhere near a super bowl. That had nothing to do with a rb. That team looked exactly the same with Gardner Minshew under center.

@seanmaffia that's not crying. That's just stating what ever NFL person who watch football understands. Defense puts ups 70 plus sacks and they invent a Tush Push something NFL hadn't seen yet, they go to the Super bowl. Defense regressed the next year and the team gets beat in regular season finale by 5-11 NYG team and goes on to lose in playoffs. It's not rocket science.

Lmao its so funny listening to folks rationalize the saquon situation. It's literally like Stockholm syndrome.

They made the right decision letting him walk but the wrong decision paying Daniel jones

Barkley COULD HAVE taken the deal first offered to him at 12.9 mil when first offered & he'd still be a NY Football Giant. All this back & forth now from him is to save face. He fired his agent, enough said..!!

Shoen came off like an analytics nerd. NO running back in history could be productive behind that historically bad O-line. Saquon was the only reason they won 6 games. Without him they were a 2-3 win team.
That 3rd string QB won games because nobody had tape on him. As soon as teams did, he sucked too.

Shameful that SM is quoting John Mara into this 'whatever analysis' que ya de por sí es moronico e infantil...

I’m glad Shoen did what he did, what we had was not working, Barkley was so good that he was holding us back, we needed to try something new

It was so obvious that Schoen wanted no part of Barkley and his act. Good or bad. He was done.

You all are crazy. The owner clearky didnt want to get rid of Saqoun. The gm says let him go see what he can get and cone back and give us a chance to match it? Like Saqoun owes it tonthem to ket them match? The gm not being able to read the situation even close to correctly speaks magnitudes about the ineptitude of that front office

You're obviously welcome to your opinion my opinion is that they didn't really want to pay that money for a running back who's never been fully healthy for more than one season at a time. He can go on the Phillies do what he has to do it's time for us to move on as well let's go
