Idk if you will ever see this comment but I chopped my locs after five years of growing it and I was dealing with a lot of trauma of dealing with an addict and coming to the realization that I was enabling them after I cut my hair I felt like I took my power back and I am so glad I did it
I have feel really “negative” or “toxic” within me but since I cut my hair I felt like I have remove those unnecessary and unwanted energy and I feel to light inside. It feels so great to cut my hair in that moment. 😊
Maybe we could heal old Wounds and karma and then grow our hair long. Maybe the reason we feel negative energy with long hair is because we're supposed to heal old parts of our selves in stead of chopping it away.
I use to always have mid back length hair until it started shedding like crazy for a couple of years on my 30th birthday 2 yrs ago I had my brother in law shave my head and it was the most liberating, empowering feeling I've ever experienced. I was so in love with the new me I have yet to let it grow past my chin. I'm doing another spiritual big chop right before I'm getting married in a few months. It's so refreshing! Thanks for sharing! You have a different glow with short hair. Beautiful aura!

Had to cut 3 inches after losing my hair due to e-cig believe it or not... the relief was not expected, had cried in my pillows days prior but ended up surprised at how clear minded I have been since I cut those inches. 🙏
beautiful! during 2020 start of pandemic i believe there was a HUGE spiritual awakening on the planet with all the chaos in the external helped up focus on the chaos inside of us , i too cut my hair around this time and i’ll do it again and again it helped me really understand that my hair was an attachment i shed the ego and now i accept myself in everyway not caring about “fitting a standard” and it helps you connect to your feminine self i was looking at my face more rather than my hair and remember im a beautiful soul such a freeing experience 🌟❤️
I'm proud of you for going through this and experiencing this journey. The cut also looks nice on you. complements your face well. and your face seems more glowy too.
What do you think about people saying that hair are like antennas? Some people said that hair connected us to our higher self to our intuition and the cosmos, that cutting a little bit of our hair help remove negative energy but shaving all off make us losing our antennas. After all the native Americans have long hairs.
I have read this too..and glad you brought it up....what I can say from my experience within my social group... I know a handful of shamans that are bald who are intuitive and very connected and I also know of women who have very short hair that have strong prophetic abilities. I believe that connecting with higher self can happen no matter if our hair is short, long or no hair :) and our intuition is always there because it is our birthright and nothing can take that away from us.
I think I'll choose the one like yours. It's hard to have long hair when it's easy for someone to pull it 😊 my first impulse when I cried yesterday was to cut my hair real short

The past week I’ve been feeling the need to really cut my hair and I’ve been growing locs for a year but I really feel like my hair is carrying around so much bad energy from the past year 😭 I know no one is going to understand but this really feels like the way. Go with what your soul says!
