I would recommend anybody check out the most recent iteration from 2018 (which JUST ended in March). Make sure to subscribe and stick around- there will be more yokai content soon enough.

That's awesome! Kitaro is such an amazing series and there's so many versions that all offer something unique. Yokai are such a creative and fun concept and I really wish there was more anime of them.
I love Gegege No Kitaro, but now whenever I visit my grandparents in Tokyo I'm afraid to go out of the house at night to buy a drink from a vending machine that's just ten metres away But I still *LOVE* the show, especially the 2018-2020 series
Actually I didn’t watch the full ending I just saw the part were mana said kitaro then it ended and I thought that was that then I realised that there was another part in ending were mana sent that photo to Nikko ne san and I was satisfied 😃 ( THANK YOU FOR REPLYING)
(I always reply. :D) I was surprised at how much I actually liked Mana. But yeah, the ending was fine. I always knew they’d have to part because of the nature of yokai and humans. Eventually Mana will age and even pass on but the yokai will remain. It made it hurt a bit less, but still... I was teary eyed. Haha.
how did you learn about this anime? I've found out about "gegege no kitaro" randomly by browsing for old anime openings; it never reached Europe unfortunately, along with "Akuma Kun". Such a pity, they both seem quite known in japan
I’m really into Yokai. Searching for more info about them lead to Shigeru Mizuki and then to Kitaro! It really is a wonderful series with all the charm of some wildly popular cartoons. I really wish it had more of a worldwide appeal but I’m still happy to be one of the fans who loves it here in the states.

Hello again Kingu guess what?! The New movie Gegege no Kitaro/Gegege no Nazo (Mystery) is going to released on Friday on November 17th and it's only 4 more days left! And I know it's going to be in Japan but it can upload on the Anime movie onlines. I can't wait to see it and I'm so excitement! ^^
Yes! When I first went to Japan in 2017 I visited the Yokai Watch store and they had a big standee of it. I took a picture too, it was really cute. I think it was just for the one movie.

So anyways did you solve the new poster movie of Kitaro and his father but before he becomes an eyeball he used to have a body and he kind of looks like Kitaro and his hair color I don't know it's riders or gray or something but just like in manga you know? Only version the manga cover pictures of Kitaro his gray hair color. But anyways yeah picture of Kitaro, his father and the human the one who raised Kitaro is Miziki not the Creator the other name you know the one who put his name to put another characters. Anyways you have a gun on the picture poster I think he's probably going hunt on Kitaro's father or something I don't know.... And there's blood over well some of it in the poster. So anyways I am so excited to see the movie well I know in Japan but they can do later and upload it so I can watch it for free one of the online website whatever videos or even anime video online and I can watch for free.
