    In this ep, Molly is joined by her husband Ben (not a cook himself), to share with you the first recipe Ben has ever developed! Ben is the world's biggest buffalo chicken fan and this recipe is his ode to just that. It's technically a salad, but it's also definitely topped with a crispy crunchy sesame-crusted chicken cutlet that's swimming in Frank's Red Hot.     Ingredients :
    PRODUCE
    2 celery stalks
    2 Persian cucumbers
    2 medium carrots
    1 garlic clove
    4 large Little Gem lettuces or 3 hearts of romaine (about 1½ pounds)
    PANTRY
    1 tablespoon sugar
    kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper
    ⅔ cup, plus 2 tablespoons unseasoned
    rice vinegar
    ¼ cup tahini
    ¾ cup flour
    1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
    ⅔ cup sesame seeds
    vegetable oil, for frying
    3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
    DAIRY
    ½ cup sour cream
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
    MEAT
    2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1½ pounds)
