To cook chicken, preheat nonstick skillet over med-high. Salt thighs on both sides. Add neutral oil to pan followed by chicken. It’s ok if they’re snug in the pan. Don’t touch the chicken. Side 1 should be getting browned for about 10min. Once golden brown and crispy on side one, flip to side 2 to cook for an additional 2-3mins.
BUFFALO RANCH DRESSING

People don't notice it enough but these videos are really really well written. The text is varied, personal, clear but not boring. Real great pen work here.
Too the audio is perfect.
I agree, I watch him to get better, and the recipes of course lol.
@@GiveItAGoBakes try his ciabatta recipe..it’s the first one I ever got to make even “better than bakery” ciabatta..although I also purchased the cast iron bread bakers that have a giant lid too..those really help..
Oh..and his “you need this bolognese sauce in your arsenal” recipe..using the oven for both roasting the meats, then the sauce itself really ups the Maillard reactions and gets the tomatoes roasty and delicious..
@@johncspine2787 I don't think I have a lid for my cast iron but I'll check out both of those videos! Thanks for the recommendations! 🙏
You're my favorite chef on RUclips. Also you kind of remind me of the guy from Ratatouille. Lol.
My daughter said the same thing yesterday 😁
oh my fucking god he does
@@clydu91 😂😂😂 right!
Favorite chef and favorite movie 🥰
Absolutely but cooler 😎
Please dont stop making this series! Seriously, gives alot of inspiration and ideas
The is for watching
Agreed! Such an inpiration, Brian!
Dude I can’t stop watching these videos!!! I think I’m 80% through them all. I’m ADDICTED
Just what I needed after making a few of your pizzas, meatballs, baked ziti, and cookie recipes!!
Parents complemented me on my cooking this weekend and asked how I stepped my game up. The two game changers are a kitchen scale and my BOY BRI!! Keep up the awesome work my dude!!!
Bri will level you up, every time
Ya know, had I been the winner of the $1.29 billion lottery, I wonder if Bri would become my private chef.
One of my favorite things to do with salads is to dress them with stuff that makes them absurdly unhealthy but absolutely delicious. These look to be rather healthy and delicious, so bravo Brian!
I love this big ass salad series. Keep them coming!
I made the Thai Shrimp Salad tonight for my wife and I. Dude, this salad is legit! I don’t ever think in my life I’ve ever loved a salad. I mean, I’ve liked salads but holy hell this one was amazing and I could drink that homemade dressing. Also, I may have drank the dressing. Thanks Brian.
Thanks for trying it! So glad it hit for you. Big Ass Salad FTW
I’m Thai and approve the way you approach the dish 🎉
All of these look amazing and can super easily be made vegetarian. Will definitely try next week.
The original Big Ass Salad vid is how I learned about your channel 🥰 3 more winners here. Thanks to your ideas & inspiration, I don't buy
jar dressing anymore! A collection of good vins, jam, oils, PB, sour cream/mayo in whatever collection the meal dictates is better than anything off the shelf. My Salad Game is ramped up to a 9/10!
I used to not care for salads but now as I’ve gotten older, I love them! And these look AMAZING. I love feta so that first one is one I def gotta try
He goes out, records himself picking up the unhealthy version of buffalo chicken, BUYS IT, and puts it in the oven for like 3 seconds of footage. God damn Brian, the level of dedication to making an amazing video is out of this world.
Everything you do is great but your salads really are on a level of their own. These look incredible.
Made the Thai shrimp salad for the family tonight. It crushed! Follow everything to the gram. Only thing I did different was made spring rolls with the extra left overs. To tell the truth the spring rolls were amazing. Keep up the awesome content!
The lid to lid technique was one of my favorite restaurant hacks I picked up. I use it all the time at home for cutting olives and grapes.
I cannot wait to make all of these!! Those dressings sound amazing.
sweet. That last one really did it for me.
I'm in love with your videos and the "hey, what's up". Keep it up Brian!
Omg thank you for this series!! I needed some not boring salad recipes that have enough bulk to be a meal. I’m going to try to make all of them in the playlist by the end of the year. You’re an amazing chef.
What an awesome video. Thank you! Can’t wait to try these
My gf and I make the miso based one from episode 1 a lot. That dressing is amazing and we have used it in many many ways!
This looks dope! I’ll have to make one of these this weekend. My kids will LOVE the Thai shrimp. I might add some fish sauce and lime to the dressing.
Thanks for the video Bri! I'll be making all 3 of these in the near future.
👍🏻 Thanks for the inspiration! Can't wait to try the peanut sauce shrimp one first. And your ranch dressing chicken salad as a close second. The summer salad is great variety - it'll be my first try of raw corn! Thanks again for all the ideas
We made the Thai shrimp salad on Sunday - prepping shrimp is a new skill unlocked! it was freakin brilliant! Leftovers on Monday even better - thanks :)
I love making homemade croutons in my airfryer.
Also: all three BASes look amazing!
Amazing! Love this!
These are great, thanks. I initially subscribed a while ago for bread related video, it's good to see regular foods too
Really cool recepies. I like the dressings a lot.
Plus I enjoy watching you. Pretty calm voice.
Absolutely delicious looking! I need to try and make these. Thank you Brian for sharing..🙌🏼
Bri… your salads never disappoint and I believe are always worth the effort. You have salads down to an art form 😍 Can’t wait to make the peanut and buffalo ranch ones. Thanks so much!
Love the food, as always. I don’t know what “inpirational” means though…
Miso paste is also a great addition to asian style dressings like the peanut one, or asian vinaigrettes.
Brian, you're the coolest cook out there!
Always delivering the good stuff.
I love chef salad, which is basically a salad bar. I'll have to do these specific ones! Nice cherry tomato trick.
So glad to see another BAS! Keep 'em coming!
I made the Thai last night. Very, very good. I shared with my niece and she loved it. Great recipes. I’ve never tried one that wasn’t amazing. Thanks
this is great, thank you!
I made the Thai peanut one for dinner tonight. I'd never made shrimp before so I was a little nervous. This came out fantastic! I love how you make it easy to make great, literally restaurant quality food!
I just made the summer salad for my mom's birthday dinner and everybody raved about it. I made it as a side salad instead of a main meal, but everybody was suuuuper into the dressing and wanted to know the recipe. So simple, but absolutely wins. 💯
LV Thai peanut anything! Yumm! I can’t wait to try!
Yummy yummy yummy 🤤 I truly adore salads!! I don’t eat a lot of meat and salads with cheese are spot on for me! Thanks Brian! I plan on trying the salad with fresh corn 🌽 👏♥️
My favorite series. I have been eating BASes for years although I call them Big Ass Dinner Salads. Please keep this series going. I have made several of your BAS recipes and have enjoyed them thoroughly.
"I tend to put a shameful amount of dressing on top." Yes. LOVE dressings. Thanks so much for peanut sauce recipe. Fell in love with peanut sauce at Good Earth restaurant in Edina, MN.
This peanut dressing is so so good!!!
I make a similar salad to your summer salad but I add some garbanzo beans to add some more textural contrast and protein
I'm going to try your Thai shrimp salad. Soon. That looks amazing!
Those salads look delicious 🤤 thanks for sharing. I love your channel.
Daaamn those salads made my mouth water! Your super easy to follow too which I appreciate :')
Another great episode Bri! Would love to see your suggestion for a BAS that uses a homemade French dressing! Thanks for the vids!
they all look delicious 😋
I really like the first salad that you made I would like to try to make
This channel briefly explained is versatile fineness.Recepies are great, explained to crucial culinary level pointing out details which make good food to excellent.Keep it up,i love'm.
Dude these are absolutely fantastic. Goes to show how easy it is to make a good salad and that you don't have to have the fanciest ingredients. This is all stuff you probably already have at home regularly (if you're a hobby cook).
Love these Big Ass Salad videos! They all seem really accessible and delicious. Now I need to try them out
We tried the Thai shrimp salad last night. It was delicious! And I would eat my own fingers if they were covered in that peanut dressing!
New to these videos and must say- theyre great 👌👏👏
Coming to theaters (or RUclips) this summer! BIG ASS SALAD 3 -- the blockbuster series continues!
Looks fantastic. Have you done an episode of all the important gadgets you like? The julienne peeler, mandolin, sturdy spoon, etc.? What sheet pans, in which sizes and quantities do you like to have?
I really like how you made the Buffalo chicken salad. It’s my favorite. I want to try to make it.
I just made your basic vinaigrette and it is awesome! I used white balsamic vinegar because that's what I had :)
Bri, these dressings have me drooling...
Вкусно и несложно! Спасибо большое за рецепт и Ваш труд😊😊!Delicious and easy! Thank you so much for the recipe and your hard work!😊😊
This shizzle slaps and I love the BAS series (the week nighting series is also sick af)
Man... I love this guy
I love it when Bri says "one clove of garlic" I always see 2-3 tumble in!
Could you do a video on how you clean your Boos block? I just bought one and I want to make sure I take care of it.
Hey bri, what brand of plates and bowls do you use, i need some new ones and yours look, FANTASTIC.
that tai dressing is INSANE dude! спасибо за совет :)
Hey Brian: Perfect on every level …thanks a million and hope the adorable Kaiku (sp?) is also staying cool with ice cubes in her water bowl. Perhaps some cameo appearances with her from time to time?
Dude, you made those pullups look effortless
I actually watching your transition to the ad. Good one
Great salad ideas and way to go in the gym, keep at it!
Keep it up, I love your Salad recipes
Love this series, my family eats a lot of salads and I love getting new ideas. One idea for your vegetarian options: marinated + air fried tofu. I do this a lot and the cubes of tofu make almost like a protein crunchy crouton alternative.
you're already one of my favorite youtube chefs but seeing you rocking the cards hat just made me squeal with delight
Made the vinaigrette and it is absolute perfection!
Lovely 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a great day everyone 🌻
ohhhhh yeahhh sweettt will definitely be giving this a try thanks much bri.....😎👌
Large, satisfying, & delicious!! I’m here for it 😋
That buffalo ranch 🧡❤️🔥
This guy knows his craft well!
Thanks!
Looking very delicious ❤️👍
I just made the peanut dressing and it as FABULOUS. I've been looking for a less-sugar (and less processed) version of the Trader Joe's Asian Style Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette, and this one nails it. It is thicker, but that's fine with me! I actually used a bit less than the 1/3 cup sugar called for and am fine with it (watching my sugar intake). Thanks so much, Brian! I can't wait to make the whole salad!
Yes you got me at buffalo chicken I'm going to have to try this, I love my salad's and always seeking new ideas ,I wish I could find a good high protein salad that was good , with having a protein issue I have a big problem with not enough protein
I made the peanut dressing yesterday and because i had a few ingredients not at home i decided to give it a shot with what i had. Any salad, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Sesame seeds, bean sprouds and a lil bit gohujang.
Jeeeez, this was the BEST salad i´ve EVER had, i swear! It´s the second day in a row i´m eating it and luckily i still have a lot of dressing left. All the crunch from the vegetables and the nuts... amazing.
So thank you for this recipe, i´ll definetly will try others as well :D
Those ALL looked delicious!! This video goes in my 'saved' file!!
Whoa, dope!! Who wouldn't eat 1 or all of these
Totally agree that these videos are all A+ for content. They are all spot on, not a word is wasted, and every word is packed with significance. Plus, all of the advise is thoughtful and useful. Best of all (which I really, really appreciate) is that the chef's hands are always well-groomed! Thank you! My ONLY gripe is the use of pre-peeled garlic in a plastic tub, Brian! OK - so now for the reason I jumped on here in the first place. Brian - where did you get those big ass salad bowls. I love the size and shape and can't find anything like them.
Im making the buffelo for at least the4th time now. I love it
Made the Thai shrimp salad for dinner tonight, sooo good! I could eat the dressing with a spoon! Thank you!
So glad cheers
I need to try that shrimp salad (but with roasted chicken or something since I’m allergic to shellfish), it looks so good!
I made this with poached chicken (I made a pound of it, so kind of silly to use shrimp). It was wonderful.
Nice job on the pullups
I love his voice cracks it makes it so much more relatable!
Big ass salads is my fave series on youtube
The shrimp salad is on my menu this weekend 🍤
Ok, "Wortsch" for worchestershire sauce is officially my favorite Brian abbreviation!
Do you ever use easy cook/sella/converted/parboiled/, rice in the rice cooker? If so what setting etc. Many thanks.
