Your reviews are incorrigibly well researched, for which I thank you. I visited with some wistful nostalgia as I used to own an Aygo back in 2007; and was surprised - pleasantly so - to learn that you expend the same amount of intellectual effort reviewing a Mercedes CLS and a DS9 as you do reviewing a Toyota Aygo. I appreciate it!
Looks neat and seems relatively good value in entry level trim but too pricey further up the range. I applaud Toyota for plugging away with an A segment product where most others have pulled out.
Thanks for a great review of the Aygo X. It’s nice to see someone testing and displaying the features of a vehicle in a proper fashion. I’ve a mk2 Yaris and quite fancy one these Aygo X as a daily driver. Living in a semi rural part of Derbyshire I think it’s just the right thing for squeezing down our single track lanes and twisty bits. I hope Toyota sell lots of these as I’m sure they will be totally reliable and fun & cheap to run. I fancy I would only buy the base Pure model as the price for the higher trim models seams outlandish. Many thanks for a great Test Drive. Excellent in every way.
That's exactly why I chose an Aygo X - I wanted a small, cheap to run car that wasn't an EV! One (possible) mistake at 20:05, you stated that all cars in the range get powered mirrors. They're electrically adjustable, but not powered in that they fold in and out on their own. Otherwise a great review!
@@Olyshka. the headlights on my Edge version, whilst not LED like the Exclusive, are perfectly ok as far as I'm concerned. I've had no problems with them so far. Hope that helps. P.S. I like some of your music choices too e.g. NILETTO 🙂
@trancetrousers , thanks a lot 🙏, I ordered my Toyota Aygo X Edge version, and was so concerned about the lights as some people say that the lights so poor, and even in a full beam visibility is poor. I am glad that you like music in my play list 😚
Does anyone know if it is possible to adjust the time in an aygo x exclusive without having MyT on a phone or tablet. Unfortunately neither my phone or tablet are compatible with the app as they are old. You'd think it should be quite simple to change the time without having a flaming app.
I much preferred the Aygo mark 2 I previously had. Same size engine in a bigger heavier car ? Really annoying driver assist functions that return to default every time you start the engine. I lease my car through work and if I had a choice I would have the previous mark 2 back tomorrow.
Better to drive than an Ignis? I don't often criticise your reviews but Google "Suzuki Ignis Autobahn POV" and sit and watch some videos of the Ignis doing things that no It Don't Go driver could even dream of...
Its well overpriced for a City Car. Apparently its aimed at Students in the presenters opinion. As an Adult man, I own the previous Aygo Xtrend model 2020, and has all the same features included as the exclusive model shown . You can also buy one nearly new for less than £11000.😮😮😮😮
Just bought mine it’s 6 months old 22 plate 11k and it’s automatic gotta love Facebook market place 6k saved!

Thank you for such a kind comment - a lot of effort goes into our scripts!

Appreciate your feedback Matt !
Great review, thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Well I liked this review and the car, will go have a look at my dealer.

Hi , could you let me know please, I have seen in some reviews that lights are not so good on Pure and Edge models, and at night difficult to see.

Yes you can do that in the trip computer.
@@gsonz172 all sorted now. Easy once you know how.

Do yourselves a favour and buy a Suzuki Ignis. Only Toyota would put out a car with worse acceleration than a 1975 Austin Allegro in 2023.
Nope they are crap
Toyota Aygo first generation 2006 second generation 2014 in Britain & Europe facelift 2018 than Aygo X for Cross 2022 .

Hi I NOTICE THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM_ THE HYUNDAI I10.WINS ON EVERY SEGMENT EXCEPT PERHAPS THE LOOKS. WHAT DO OTHERS THINK?.🏁
You thought hey lets not mention reliability and 10 years warranty? both not matched by any other car brand what so ever.
Hyundai 10 is ugly though. So is the Fiat variant.
As soon as he stated the price, I stopped watching. Save £5k and buy a Dacia instead
Thats what i did 😂
It probably has the Lada engine. Poland probably still produces the Lada engine.
Awful car was loaned one and could not get in the rear as the gap where you legs go in is tiny
Why would you want to get in the rear if you were the driver?
😅😅😅
