That looks like the other Gargantua Sanda with a mask and a tail. If that's the original Gaira outfit it sure stood up to the test of time and if it was a replica then they sure did a good job of re making it.

Go! Godman from 2008. A short movie that I believe was released alongside a Godman/Greenman dvd-compilation. Unfortunately a bit of a rarity outside Japan I'm afraid.
Do you mean the DVD ? The original was 1966. Due to red tape and other factors it took 4 years for a dubbed version to hit American theaters. It was part of a double feature with Monster Zero.
