Out of the 4 specials Belial has, only 2 are used for combos and only 1 of the 2 actually puts the opponent into the air. While it may be true that Belial isn't much of a combo character, he still has a few oddball combo routes such as positioning the spinning blade so it hits slowly for additional hitstun or hitting with the tip of Belial's "grab" so only the fist hits. His U button is just a parry therefore that's out of the question for combos.

Yeah, some characters have new combos and properties. I haven't really had the chance to read through the list thoroughly yet though.

EX fireballs no longer lift the opponent off the ground, so that's going to change the combo game for a lot of characters

Yes. Belial really has no way to put the opponent into the air midscreen unless the combo already starts on an airborne opponent...

I have some problem with 2H, 214M 2H it just grab it sometimes i need to delay something ?

The tip or the later frames of the move doesn't grab the opponent. The timing is difficult in my opinion and is not very practical unless you practice.

You recommend dpad or analog? I have trouble doing his sythe grab. I believe its a half circe verticle and courter circle forward. Thinking of getting a hitbox but unsure really.
