"Counting all the assholes in the room, well I'm definitely not alone"? Song is Still counting by Volbeat 😁🤘
Yep!!! Excellent song!!!! 🤘😁🤘💯
Yes that one is amazing just like this one!
Counting starts playing in my head every time I walk into a party
11:38 is mikkel kessler retired Danish boxer, also called The Viking Warrior and former two time WBA and WBC Super-middleweight champion, and the song is about him
Best boxer hype song ever
And for him... The song is wrote for Mikkel Kessler...
@@johnandersen6378 Kessler recorded the gang vocals when they said "fight" with them
Very underrated band. His live vocals are unbeatable.
Volbeat, "The devils bleeding crown" 🔥 love from Denmark 🇩🇰
Volbeat🤘🤘🤘
So underrated band.
Need more. So many great songs.
Sad Mans Tongue
This is Michael Poulsen that sings, he got a house in my city, and i did drink some beers with him as well, as my job partner is a freind of him back in scholltime.. Nickname is Metal Elvis, as he got this Elvis vibe, as Tuomas Holapainen from Nighwish is Metal Mozart.. this guy is nicknamed Metal Elvis..
If Metallica and Johnny Cash had a baby it would be Volbeat. This song is about a Danish boxer who appears on stage with them
Wasn’t he world champion? Mikkel Kessler
Cool!
@@darthbricksempire3606 yes multiple times 💪
And he recorded the gang vocals with them
Tom thank you for reacting to this band . They don’t get enough recognition and love for some reason. 👍
Great review! Volbeat is an amazing band. You should definitely check out their songs “Lola Montez”, “Doc Holliday”, “Radio Girl”, “Sad Man’s Tongue”, and “Cape of Our Hero” so many great songs. 👍🏻
Heaven nor hell and for evigt is great songs with volbeat. Still counting is the song you talk about. Greetings from Norway
Danish greatnes, greetings from Finland.
🇩🇰❤🇫🇮
Volbeat is amazing. Great live!
VOLBEAT IS DOPE. Volbeat is AMAZING live. That Voice 👊🤟👍👏
Still counting is the name of that old bar tending tune yes by these guys
Thank you for nice reaction to Volbeat! I find Michael Poulsen´s voice one of the most beautiful male voices ever. Greetings from Denmark!
My nephew introduced me to these guys after I introduced him to Avatar. I have a new favorite band, can't stop listening to them, in fact we are going to see them live in February with Ghost. They are spectacular live, my favorite example is "For Evigt" live from Telia Parken 2017. I would love to see you react to that one!
Yes Volbeat!! Love them 🤩 lots of energy, great for running or workout 👍
One of their latest is called Die To Live with special guest the singer from Clutch, dam..this song kicks all kinda ass. You want some energy pump, Die To Live brings it!
Volbeat is so good you need to check out more of there stuff. Very influenced by Metallica/Johnny Cash
Lola Montez is another great one by them... they are rockabilly.
Two other guys you should check out if you haven't heard of them is Gary Clark Jr and Ayron Jones they are both two incredible guitarist!
l New subscriber loving your reaction to this. Saw them live in Sept 2019 and they are just this good live as recorded! Cannot wait to watch your journey down the Volbeat rabbit hole.
Absolutely phenomenal Live Band
Haven’t heard this in forever, thanks bud. ✌️
Volbeat rocks! I was told once the singer didn't wear earplugs untill very recently. Only because it became forbidden to go on podium without earplugs
This band is now my favourite, love this!! Songs are so amazing!!!!
Still counting is one of my favorites from Volbeat
Man, what a FANTASTIC band!! So many great songs... but check out "FALLEN" it's one of my personal favorites, always on my playlist...
a warrior's call... was made for heavyweight boxer Mikkel Kesler's title fight in Vegas.
and it is Mikkel himself who jumps around and sings "fight fight fight"...
🤘🤘❤🤘🤘 Yeah Michael has a fantastic voice!!!! I recommend Lola Montes by them!!!! 😉❤✌
I love this song!!!
7 Shots
Dead but Rising
The Everlasting
The Nameless One
Devils Bleeding Crown
Hangman’s Body Count
The Mirror and the Ripper
Hallelujah Goat
I could go on for awhile,,,, their cover of Don’t Tread on Me is epic
Michael Sounds equally fantastic live! I will request Doc Holiday on one of your livestreames 🤣🤣 Greetings from a danish Dear 😉😉
Uuhh you made it to my country :D Absolutely love early Volbeat albums. However new and more mainstream Volbeat sucks for me unfortunately. Loving this one and the one you heard about assholes is the song "Still Counting" Awesome song aswell :) Mikkel Kessler, a danish boxing Wba and Wbc champ in his weightclass is the guy on stage because the song is written about him. The Viking Warrior he was called when active.
My suggestion is "Room 24" by Volbeat feat. King Diamond. Another danish metal legend. Hard, heavy and amazing song :)
I love that you found them -- my fav: Seal the Deal
All Volbeat. The cover of metallicas don't tread on me. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
You are thinking of still counting by Volbeat , he starts singing counting all the assholes in the room
Listen to anything by Volbeat! You won't be disaappointed!
He has ghoul sound just like Glenn Danzig. Although it ain’t as unique now but to pull off a ghoul sound in this time is incredible.
Volbeat cover of "My Body" is a great motivational song!!!
I've seen Volbeat it was awesome!
Black Rose, Devils Bleeding Crown, Hangman's Body Count, Still Counting....I could go on and on. This is my favorite band since I discovered them in 2013. Wish I knew them sooner.
The "guy" on stage is the boxer Mikkel Kessler that the song is about😁
You got the pronunciation right, no worries. So glad to see you discover this band, definitely a huge fan right here in the backseat 😉. Lead singer Michael Poulsen is heavily influenced by old rock roll like Elvis, Johnny Cash. Someone once said Volbeat is what Elvis would sound like if he had joined a metal band. other songs I would recommend is Doc Holiday (banger which clearly shows their Metallica influences) for softer more melodic songs (they have A lot of those aswell) Lola Montez, For Evigt, Black Rose, Leviathan to name a few. "7: 24"is a great ballad and tribute to his daughter EA Abigail (EA for Elvis Aaron😂). A couple of other classics are Sad Man's Tounge, Still Counting (the counting all the assholes in the room line), Fallen, 16 Dollars...hell I could go on all day,,they have a large portfolio and loads of great songs for you to discover.
I've been a Volbeat fan for a few yrs but I'm always happy to learn more. I knew his daughter's name but didn't knitter that the EA stood for Elvis Aaron. Thanks🤘
EA dont stand for Elvis Aron but is a common name in the Nordic countries
@@jackjensen5864 sure, but Michael said himself that he chose this as a tribute to Elvis, who of course is a big influence to him
If Michael have Said it must be true, but is a common name
Drummer on point!!
The Song is about Mikkel Kessler.. a Danish boxer. which is also the guy on the stage u took for random audience.. The song u proberly think about with the word "asholes" in.. is also Volbeat a song called "still counting"..
Ty for reacting too this awesome danish band. i can see this is a reaction from may , so dont know if U reacted too any other off their songs, but i would like too suggest , Seal the Deal , The gardens tale and For Evigt ( both features another great danish singer Johan Olsen from Magtens Korridorer on the chorus )
I think the song you were thinking about the ass hole song might be the song "Still Counting by Volbeat". This band is definitely one of my favorites.
The ''Random guy'' on stage is the professional danish boxer ''Mikkel Kessler'', whom the song is about/for, and it was actually in his later years his ring-walk song.
The "guy" is Mikkel Kessler..
The song is about him!
He's actually singing his own song...
Mikkel Kessler: 4x WBA Champion...
I think you’re thinking of Still counting! “Counting all the assholes in the room, well I’m definitely not alone”
"Random Audience Guy" is the boxer Mikkel Kessler and this song was used as his walkon music for his fights. No idea if it was by request or if the band were just fans and wanted to write a song about him.
Volbeat made a coverversion of Georgia Satellites " Battleship Chains".
This song is about the Viking Warrior Mikkel Kesler. He is on stage. He was a dominant boxer and jåd the quickest jaw breaking upper cut since Mike Tyson
Mikkel Kessler on stage…. The song is about him… former World champion boxer
It's a song dedicated to Mikkel Kessler (the guy on stage).
He is a hero in small Denmark, when Danes prove real world class (boxing), they are demi Gods 🇩🇰 #worldclassdenmark 😅
Former boxing champ Mikkel Kessler's walk-in song - if you listen to the lyrics it makes sense! Volbeat wrote if for him so no wonder you get pumped :D
the Guy singing FIGHT is Mikkel Kessler
Gives me impressions of maiden misfits old Soundgarden wrapped up
Would love to see him on the same stage with Glenn Danzig
age is just a number!! Im 54 and use this band for running, so just put your running shoes on at get out there :)
Some great Volbeat songs that many overlook "Dead but Rising" "A Moment Forever" and "Who They Are". Thanks from an American Dane !
Ass Holes is "Still Counting" and it's Volbeat, which is why they sound similar.
‘The devils bleeding crown 🤙🤙
"Volbeat - Die To Live FT Neil Fallon"... a must.
It's Mikkel Kessler , a great danish boxer, the song is made for him
5:24 no he is not a random guy, the song is about him :D he is mikkel kessler
The guy you see an the scene, is actually the guy he is singning about......MikkelKesler.
Lola Montez by Volbeat is in my all time top 3 songs (and that being Dutch..😬)!
Just like the Pokémon volbeat lol
The guy who was yelling fight is mikkel Kessler and he used to be one of the best boxers ever. Never lost.
42 wins and like 39 knockouts or something
Counting all the assholes in the room
I am definitely not alone
Different song but greatest lyric ever!
how do you know you love the live version better than the studio?? I personally think reacting to the studio version , gives a true feeling of what the artist was going for!! there was so much more evolved in making the album!! the live stuff is for fans!!
I guess You Know by now... Mikkel Kessler is a multiple boxing champ!
This performance is not just for show!
HE is a FUCKING champ! 😉
He reminded me of Elvis crossed with James hetfield
Gotta do Devils's Bleeding Crown,Heaven nor Hell,Last Day Under The Sun and Still Counting
This song was written for the Danish boxer Mikkel Kessler as an entrance song when he went up to the boxing ring. This guy you said was probably one from the audience was actually Mikkel Kessler himself doing the "Fight Fight" chants during the song that was written for him.
Funny thing, buddy... You say you prefer the live version before the studio version. The thing is: Volbeat sounds almost exactly the same on the live as they do in their albums! That's a great band. If Johnny Cash, Elvis and Metallica had a baby, you get Michael Poulsen (singer)... Best regards from Sweden - 1 hour from Denmark! (New subscriber to your channel, keep it up - and keep watching VOLBEAT, please! Watch "Pelvis On Fire" if you didn't already!)
Adding: Oh - "The Garden's Tale" is also a great song!
I absolutely love this song by Nightwish. Kuolema tekee taiteilijan End Of An Era by Tarja Turunen :) FI.
🤘🇩🇰Volbeat, Mercyful Fate, King Diamond and Lars Ulrich from Metallica are all Danish🇩🇰🤘
I discovered these guys when their lead guitarist Rob Caggiano left (or was booted from...dunno the story) the thrash band Anthrax. I had heard the band before, but when I did I was quite impressed as to how catchy their music is. Because it was the first song I ever heard from them, I am going to suggest their song Lady Pearl (ruclips.net/video/ZmDxHTyatc0/видео.html). Ya, I know...a suggestion that's by the actual band your reacting to? Unheard of for me haha!
Cheers!
Counting
The Devils bleeding crown or Still Counting
This song was written for a martial artist. IDK who it was but there's a backstory.
You have to react to their song Die to Live!
Dude, you never heard of Volbeat? Wtf you listening to? Franky Valley and the Four Seasons?
Yes, listen to more Volbeat! You’ll love them!
Michael Poulson is a killer, and incomparable vocalist!
Dont know much about Vollbeat, for me it sounds like Rockabilly meets Metal, spiced with a little bit of Bad Religion. And i like it.
The word you are looking for is "Elvis".
Listen to seal the deal.
(Still Counting - Volbeat) is the song you are thinking of.
A few other international options you could check out - Septicflesh (Greece), Nanowar of Steel (Italy), Gojira (France), Rammstein (Germany), Eluveitie (Switzerland), Sepultura (Brazil), Mors Principum Est (Finland), Mors Subita (Finland), Insomnium (Finland), Orbit Culture (Sweden), Belzebubs (from the abysmal forests of the mystic North). 😁
Good suggestions. One more: Bloodywood "Ari, ari" (India)
please do som more volbeat
i think you mean still counting
No ITS not a man from the audience, its Mikkel Kessler the boxer the Song is About
Try Sad Mans Tongue with your too
Song Doc Holiday
Metallica's Lars Ulrich is Danish and so is King Diamond (lead singer) as well.
If you like this one, check out the song Doc Holiday.
Hi might I ask you to try a metal band called AVATAR. Try The Eagle has Landed or Hail the Apocalypse. You will have fun! They are Swedish.
Skindred next.
"Never seen a metal band, the leader singer, wear a tie"
Never seen Ramstein? Hahaha, jk
same band dude
two other compareable voices... Glenn Danzig and of course elvis
