  • Hey guys! Living in Melbourne can be expensive. Today I am going to show you Melbourne prices. In particular, I am gonna show you how much do groceries cost in Australia.
Come with me as I bring you to do some grocery shopping in Coles. It's one of the biggest supermarket chains in Australia, not always the cheapest but always the most convenient.
Through this video, you will be able to see common Coles grocery items including fruits, veggies, canned food, bread, juice, cereals, meat, poultry, a variety of Australian cheese and of course, milk prices in Australia. Most of the items featured in this video are Australian products, which Australia is really proud of.
Remember, the cost of living is high in Melbourne but that also means that the wages are also on par. Don't let that discourage you from moving to Melbourne.

I can't believe how expensive ginger and garlic are! I also love that Tim Tam is always on sale. 😂

Oh well welcome to Australia! There are cheaper places to buy them but even then it's not that much cheaper.

@@aarongonetravelling711 Wow. It's always interesting to see what things end up being expensive that aren't as expensive elsewhere. Like watermelons in S. Korea are about $10.

Although it looks expensive I don’t know anyone who would buy one kg.. most would get a few pieces for only a few dollars

Well there is but also they are not as cheap as what you would think. Markets would be the cheapest for fresh produce I would say.

I can't believe Barilla is your 2nd fave pasta brand ... Their CEO is openly homophobic 😰 I haven't bought that brand in years and I don't miss it.

I did not know that. That just shows how ignorant I am. Thanks for letting me now and yeah, won't be buying it anymore!

@@aarongonetravelling711 are you that easily influenced? He’s not “openly homophobic” he said he wouldn’t feature a gay couple in advertising after saying “not because of lack of respect, but for how I see my vision of Italian family” don’t be a victim of ignorance like OP
