Talking from your belly helps to stay more and more relaxt during a talk. Most of the times the muscles are cramping up due to anxiety. The more your breathing condition goes up the more relaxt you will become.

Also learn how to take your power spot, so take a chair or where you stand and feel that you can ankor yourself to that sport with power. Yes reading out loud is a good practice you can do this every day for the next 10 days and you will be amazed how quickly you can change that behavior
