At least he stood up and publicly admitted what he did wrong. Most people would not do that. I've known plenty of people that cheated on their spouse. I haven't seen any of them go on national television, own up to what they did and ask for forgiveness. I think he did the right thing. Preachers are human beings like anyone else. They are just as susceptible to temptation as any other man. We all sin, and we can all repent and be forgiven.

Any man or woman professing to preach the Gospel can, and should be, held to a much higher standard. They should hold themselves to that standard.
