Hey thanks for the video! I've got a question: A number of people got a treatment or are in the controll group. There is a pre and a post messuring of different biomarkers. How do I get the difference between controll and intervention group of the mean? GraphPad only gives me the mean and SD of the two groups but not differences. Thanks for the help!!
@@StevenBradburn Yes, I would like to calculate delta delta ct values with all the error bars and level of significance. Also, you can highlight the calculations where only delta ct values are involved, in the cases, where we are only checking the expression of multiple genes in a specific tissue or cell line with respect to endogenous housekeeping gene and what are the different kind of error bars we can calculate whether standard deviation or standard error of mean.
