- This video is about diagnosing no heating problem in induction stove, similar PCB used in many stoves. Basic voltage checking and identifying the defective component
For the non technical user, if your stove is continuously beeping and not heating it’s usually due to two things:
1. Your cookware is made of non induction material such as aluminum, brass or copper. Electrical induction stoves work well with stainless steel cookware.
2. Your cookware doesn’t have a flat surface so it’s not touching enough of your stove to start heating.
And one more, altho this is obvious for most people, you haven’t placed any cookware on the stove or you’re misplacing it (not aligning it correctly with center)

However I think there may be some methods to check the capacitors. If that was also shown it would have given more clarity, since you had both the old and new capacitors.

Few multi meters has capacitor checking option, THhe capacitor i replace was physically damaged, I have also mentione in the video

@@technoolab3514 sir I have checked voltages study,but not restart issue, heating start taking upto 3 to 5 Amp on 900 to1800w start heating few seconds & stop & again repeat process in all temperature mode 🤔

My English Electric Induction hob did not detect an iron pan showed E3. I cleaned all the connectors and now it works perfectly. But I'm not sure what I actually fixed ???
I bought prestige induction stove today online.when I connect the plug to power it made sound first time.induction stove is heating for 5-10 seconds after that it is not heating.i used junction box also still no use.some sort of sound is coming from inside the induction like screws sound and parts are sticked.please give solution

You have replaced all required components for repeated failure, You only need to check related components srrounding transistor
hi, need help on cooktek repair, fuse keep on popping, I checked igbt and found out 2 was faulty, replaced it but it has blown again, must I check the filters and capistors, am new to this just need you advice on it model nr mcd3500 cooktek please.

@@farouqhannibal1916 easy way is to connect 100Watt bulb in place of fuse, remove one by one component in primary section and plug it in until the bulb stops glowing

Most of the times it is due to shorted switches( Rusted) please check all the switches

I have checked the voltage and it's 331.. even them I am facing non heating issue...
