I was on a cruise ship a few years ago and I had horrible insomnia the whole time. It would be like 4 a.m. and I was up walking the decks of the ship. I happened to be up well in time to watch the sunrise out over the horizon in the Caribbean ocean when this song came on my playlist. Beautiful and amazingly open scenery, you couldn't see anything but water in any direction. I stood there propped against the railing completely by myself sipping on a hot cup of Earl Grey tea and looking around. The sky was these warm orange glowing colors fading into the dark blue of the ocean... that was a wonderful moment in my life. I just listened to this song as I watched the sun peek up over the water.

The original is one of my favourite songs, but this one is awesome too... long time since a song I just discovered made me feel this... my congratulations ❤
Cristina your voice is still the best with hi or low voice I wish I could see you guys play on perform on stage again and with the mixed drums and solo guitars those are amazing keep on rocking lacuna coil fan alex
Middle of January 2021 still hands down my all-time favorite song of hers. First time hearing this song I had it on replay so many times pushing my headphones up loud and listening to her Goddess voice. Ever since then hooked. Seeing her live would be a dream but I have Epilepsy so that wouldn't work, however I'll listen to her music forever! Stay safe out there everyone and enjoy her music!!!
I did a tour in Iraq courtesy of the Army Nat'l Guard and I can honestly say this song helped keep going through everything I went through on that tour!!!!
*THANK YOU LACUNA COIL!!!! THIS SONG WAS A REAL INSPIRATION TO ME DURING A DARK UNKNOWN TIME IN MY LIFE!!!! THANK YOU FOR THIS AMAZING SONG!!!!!!!!*
By far the best cover of this song I’ve ever heard
i first heard Lacuna Coil about 20 years ago at a music festival. Christina had come out to vocalize while the rest were setting up before their set and i swear her voice was sirens song. i was mesmerized and have enjoyed them ever since.
Been a fan too for over 20 years. First heard them in Iraq when the war kicked off got me through
That sounds weird
Lacuna Coil, we love you!! ❤️🇧🇷❤️🇧🇷
Love this version
❤️
🤘🖤🌹🖤
I love a good cover. This is one of the best ones I've heard. Cristina's voice is perfect for the mood of the song.
A great song by a great band. The influence is far reaching. Even metal bands appreciate it. Salute
One of the few bands I have seen that are as good live as they are in the studio. Simply fantastic.
Her voice during the outro is what I'd imagine angels sounding like. Perfection.
The best cover i was heard . ENJOY MY FRIENDS.
12 years has passed:
7 string guitars.
1080 screen quallity.
They were way ahead
Man I was 15 back then.
wow.
@MB No, they just updated the video
And 7 strings guitars existed way back before.

Took a 20 year break from Lacuna Coil and came back to a song that was released 17 years ago. Nice.
Fron Brasil.🤘🤘🤘
This was my shit when I was maybe 13/14 years old. I'm 31 now. It's crazy how time flies because it feels like yesterday I watched this for the first time.

I went to their concerts here in Italy, ill never forget these experiences!!! I just love them!!! Proud to be italian!!!
Fire cover of the original song. Still enjoying the heck out of this song in 2022
I am so happy that I got to meet them when I was still a cook. They played where I was working but didn't play this song. After the show and just before I was off I was having a cig outside when they came out. They saw my chef jacket and we talked for a while. It was really cool!
Nathan Clarke your lucky
Wow I really miss the style of videos and movies from the early 2000s. So nostalgic
You'd have had even more fun had you been born 20yrs earlier..... You'd have been able to grow up with this and those who gave them their inspiration. Not to mention one of the greatest decades to have ever lived, the 80's.😁..... People hate Trump, but if he could turn time back to the 80's then I think I'd agree with his tagline...lol!

Forever my favourite cover of this song.

i love depeche mode
I am embarrassed to say that I just now discovered Unleashed Memories. What an amazing album. Lacuna Coil’s entire discography is brilliant.
De película Lo tuyo👽
Wow. What a beautiful poem
Best cover version I've heard of this song.
I remember seeing this band live and they put on a great show. My mom loves this cover and shes 72 years old.

Absolutely amazing and love the way they put their spin on it
Amazing performance ❤
I've listened to so many covers of this song and this one is by far my favorite. I just heard it for the first time yesterday and now I'm obsessed.
I love Depeche mode, but Lacuna are my fave band. They absolutely rocked this cover, it's a tribute to die for
Saw this on mtv when i was a kid. Today i came back. Cheers from italy
Love Depeche Mode, love Lacuna Coil. a great cover. Sometimes artists singing in their non-native language sounds off, but LC do it really well!
I can’t express myself enough to describe the gratitude and pleasure I have while listening to Enjoy the silence, a milestone of the music of all time, played so majestically. What a surprise when I discover they re Italian. Its so strange that a so tiny country can release so many good stuff. And even I’m not a fun of metal and don’t like violence, I see that the metal is just a mood and the true connection I feel with them is the genuine love for good music.
You do realize that this is a cover of a classic song by Depeche Mode, right?
@@djmerchant "a milestone of the music of all time", he seems aware of who made the original
I wouldn't really call Italy a small country, but their music scene is indeed very good, no doubt.
