While I'm not a church goer I have lived in a religious atmosphere all my life and it's not as bad as atheists make it out to be. Seriously, the churches that I have attended were the most fun places to be what with all the fun activities like horseback riding, rollerskating, talent contests, holiday parties, etc. etc. You see, Christians are fun people if you hang out with the right Christians. I was given absolutely no motivation to hate all manner of Christianity and Christian beliefs at all enough to write a song about it because the churches I encountered were and still are fun places to be. (Thanks to Vampire the Masquerade-Bloodlines RPG) You may know these, but if you haven't check out Nightwish, Epica, and Therion (they sing in Polish I believe but it doesn't matter) . I didn't know stuff like this existed. The feeling this music gives me is like the first time I heard Black Sabbath and Judas Priest. This type of metal just sucks emotions out of me when I listen. Awesome stuff.

I didn't know stuff like this existed. The feeling this music gives me is like the first time I heard Black Sabbath and Judas Priest. This type of metal just sucks emotions out of me when I listen. Awesome stuff.
