    I made this and it was AWESOME-better than some restaurant recipes!
    Used 1tbsp rice vinegar and 1/2tsp sugar coz didn't have mirin

    Freeze your tofu...it'll do 2 great things...1 the pores in the tofu will open up more...allowing more sauce to soak up...and it'll gives the tofu a "meatier" texture
