You should use TEG modules instead of TEC modules. TEG modules are designed and dedicated to generate electricity from heat, yes you can generate electricity from TEC but it will not output the same amount as a TEG.

Использовать модули ТЕС из охладителя (как в ролике) - хреновая идея. Как генератор, они дают слабую мощу. Другое дело термоэлектрогенераторные модули. Например TEG1-12611-6.0 Макс. мощность 14,6 ватт ( т.гор=300, т.хол=30). При т.хол=30, а т.гор=100 даст всего 2ватта (1,4В, 1,4А). Сомневаешься, поищи даташит. А при воздушном охлаждении эта приблуда долго не проработает - нагреется холодная часть и эффективность упадет до нуля ((((
Need heat sinks on the "cold" side of the 6 chips, and a small fan running off the current to flow air across those cold side sinks.
