I'm food connoisseur so this episode its perfect suit for me since I lives In America almost all my life I've been trying all kinds of cuisines mexican intalian Korean German Vietnamese I'm still put Cantonese on top above all ,mexican is my most favorite cuisines out in the west, especially their style seafood and desert, some of the mexican desert have similar to chinese style desert , like kai long a fried triangle pastry with filling inside ,the Mexican version is call empanada bur they put mincemeat like beef , the Chinese style we put dried shrimp and other stuff but the shape look like the Chinese style kai long, I wish they can come to united states in Arizona do a food and culture episode
