- Hi, in this video I will show you all the vehicles (or almost) of the Battlefield 1942 game, the first of the acclaimed BATTLEFIELD series of games. I had a very hard job in the production of this video, I hope you like it and have fun in the same way that I had fun in the production of this video as well.

Stuka is Bf109 and B17 is C47 .
This game had some much more vehicle variety with the same class of tank having like 5 different versions based on faction
Hope that becomes a thing again in the next battlefield game
no way, pay some 300€ or USD in total and still no create local offline :D
Well to bad
I Remember when Battlefield used to provide Authentic WW2 Large Scale MP
And Call of Duty did the exact same in Campaign with better atmosphere,AI Teammates,Story and Immersion.
What happend to these great Franchises.
All they think about now is money, money, and more money, while sacrificing authenticity, content, and even a fun experience to begin with (I said this last one because I found Battlefield 5 to be real boring)
Thats what happens when companies go public enjoy
This deserve more views and like
Definately
The obsession with cosmetics, customization and monetization has absolutely ruined AAA WW2 shooters. It is such a shame too. Imagine a historically authentic, large scale WW2 multiplayer game spanning all the theaters (North Africa, Western and Eastern Front, invasions of Italy, Greece, Norway, Poland, the Pacific Theater) with all the major and some of the minor factions (USA, UK, USSR, France/Free French, Poland, ANZAC vs. Germany, Italy, Finland, Vichy French, Romania, Japan) using the modern day Frostbite engine to its full potential. A game like that would be incredible. Instead, you get a game like BFV which is so focused on customization and cosmetics, that you have black female amputee Nazis running around with StG 44s with red dot sights and silencers. I’m not against representation in video games, or customization, but good God at least make it historically accurate to the times. They spent so much time on cosmetics and nonsense on BFV that they barely had any theaters or factions in the game. A man can only dream 😢
Take a look at Forgotten Hope 2 mod, closest you got at that
So much variety. Much better than Battlefield 5
There was a moment in one of the matches I played where everyone just collectively decided to play Mario Kart with the jeeps.
At 14:05 (M119) think its a 7,5-cm-PaK 40 and last one is a C-47 (military version of DC-3)
Nice vid...loved Bf42 so much :D
And all Mods; Forgotten Hope...childhood memories :D
Asi es!
don´t forget the Ju-87 what was a BF-109E ;)
the german fighter was bf109 man, but you did amazing job :)
Thank uu! and sorry for the mistake
@@evo33_gaming its ok man btw thats was great videos
and the "b17" was a C47
The last plane is a Douglas C-47. (Or DC-3 for the civilian version)
Yes! Douglas C-47
But thx again wor the great vid and all the work
great vid but woulve been nice to see the other seats in the tanks and other vehicles. Like in the priest you didnt shoot the big gun. Anyway thanks for the effort it was a nice nostalgia trip.
Woow good job! ^^
Thank uu!
midway is one of my favorite maps. combination of naval combat with airplanes and the occasional infantry combat on the island
10:35 is T-34-85 my favourite along with M4 sherman in WW2 and this game
more like IS-2m :P
Panzer IV all the way
incredible
Loved this game. A remaster or remake would be amazing. Don't change a thing besides graphics!
KATYUSHA, MAN
WE'RE EVEN HAVE SONG ABOUT THIS VEHICLE!!!
This game has more content than battlefield 5
Thats not difficult, 1942 and the dlcs had tons of content
Most games do. But this one also had way more content than the Battlefield games that came after it. There's also an incredibly active modding scene, which adds an infinite amount of replay value. The same cannot be said for any other Battlefield game.
I really loved the one/two map exclusive vehicles and I'd play a map just to get into those exclusive vehicles.
Same here, man. Great memories.
How can a first BF game had more vehicle assets than the last game we didn't even talk about?Seriously, this is insane.
It was cheaper to make a game in this era. Development teams were small, pay was no where near what it is these days. 30$ or 60$ was actually a lot of money. Then add to it the pressures on publishers to make ever more profits.
I said before 30 to 60$ was actually very expensive. It bought you a lot unlike now where it’s only a few items at the grocery store. Shortly after money started getting debased back in 08 it’s rather convenient it lead to the dlc practices of today.
When you look at old video games like this and many others that actually launched rather complete in an era where day 1 patches didn’t exist and look at what they make today you realize or games have been hit by the equivalent of shrinkflation. You get less game over time for your money.
This is with multiple expansions, battlefield 1942 had secret weapons of WW2 and Road to Rome. Both adding completely new assets for all factions. Road to Rome adding stugs, the Italian army and allied stuff while secret weapons added all kinds of crazy goofy shit like the helicopter, jetpacks, rocket planes etc.
Back then, an expansion back was around the same price as the game so you tended to have much more content included in them then DLCs which are only like 1/4th the cost of the game. Also modeling was much easier back then as you didn't have the graphics modern games have so you could make assets easier. Modern games require lots of time to just model there assets properly.
No its because of capitalism. Its about investment capital, and the investors being more satisfied than the customers.@@Bonanzaking
@@silentwitness536 capitalism tends to make thing cheaper over time. Think TV’s.
60$ used to be a lot more money. It was 6 hours of labor before way back when people earned about 10$ an hour at McDonald’s. Now 60$ is a little over 3 hours of labor working at McDonalds.
The problem really is inflation which government control.
youre talking about the cost of things. We're talking about the cost of production...@@Bonanzaking
Last plane is actually a c47 not a b17. Otherwise good video 👍
He mest something else up the ju87 stuka us the bf109 E3
thats not a B-17, thats a C-47 at the end
You're missing the M3 Lee (also known as the "Grant") from Road To Rome.
Sorry short point. With the BF-109E use have written Ju-87 ;)
Esse jogo me marcou a infância meu rei, eu to ligado que tu é brasileiro aliás.
22:24 How do you show off the Stuka *without* divebombing at least once?
the sexton was so overpowered in that particular map, since the driver can also operate the gun. didd some decent tank hunting with that, though it has paper thin armor and even placed MGs can severely damage it.
Nostalgia
Aha , thats why they called it HOHA 4:31 XD
I miss this game
A lot of these vehicles must have been later additions when downloading digitally. I had all three games on disc in the early '00s and at least 1/4 of these vehicles were not in the original games.
There were many vehicles, weapons, and even maps that weren't included in Battlefield 1942 until subsequent patches and hotfixes. The Japanese used to have StG-44s instead of Type 99s and the USMC had No. 4s instead of the M1 Garand. Liberation of Caen was one of the (if not the) last big updates for the game and all the new content that came with that map was free.
Can you tell me or give the link what map thad have yamato and the bf110
Edit : why the bf109 and b17 are wrong
You can find Yamato on the map Battle of Midway, it only appears on multiplayer.
They are wrong because I didn't realize when I was editing.
and i don't remember now where to find bf 110, but it's from the DLC The Road to Rome.
@@evo33_gaming ok thank you
2004. Battlefield 1942 was the only game I played. It gave me PTSD. What a great game.
You forgot to add the B-17
Also there is a ballistic missile V2 you forgot to add
But nice video that brings a lot of nostalgia
I don't understand that, in Italy they didn't add Italian fighters like C.205 and G55
I desperately want to play BF1942 now and DCX with it. But none of my computers will run it 😢.
By the way, the first air vehicle for the Germans after the spitfire is the BF109 not a Stuka
the golden age of BF....
2:01 is that XR02 or XA02?
i came here to see what we could have in battlefield 2042 portal
Same
29:42 is a C-47..not a B-17
Hey j-87 stuka is bf109 some erro.
Salam alaikum very Nice and usefful video , my favorite vehicle is Yamato
Wait so we not gonna talk about how he called a bf109 E3 a ju87 STUKA and a C47-A a b17? Like the stuka and the b17 are in the game you just mest the planes up all fine just correcting it!
what about c47 drivetrain?
Really really sad the Soviets had two T-34-85s instead of a T-34-85 AND an IS-2 or at least an IS-1.
If only they had the Churchill and Cromwell tanks.
Where's the zero at
C47 Douglas Dakota
30:04 this is not a B17 30:25 this is a B17
Bro last one wasn’t b-17, it was a c-47
That bf 109 not*STUKA*
On which map is the sub7c located?
@Adrian Shephard i recently found out where they are
They are exclusively on the multiplayer midway map(conquest)
Didnt find em any where else
@Adrian Shephard well i think there are mods to add bots to regular multiplayer and if not then theres still people playing it
@Adrian Shephard oi if u wanna play naval with bots i suggest u download bf1918 it has 3 naval maps for coop. Other than that theres 77 multiplayer maps and most of them are available on coop
that's an Me109 not a Ju87. C47 not B17. altho there were B17s in the game. the one desert map for N africa.
corpsegrinder😎
Not b17. It’s a c47
Kv-1?
if it’s not in the video, I don’t think I found it. There may not be this tank in the game. Sorry :(
@@evo33_gaming 7:11 Chi-Ha is the Kv-1 but it's the japanese varient
@@engi6297 No, I don't think it is
that does not looks like a B-17 ;)
24:14 banzai
I know battlefield games aren't meant to be realistic but controlling entire ships by yourself? This is ridiculous
ridiculous... but quite funny
too many vehicles too much
