I love all of your videos but it’s great just hanging out with you in your kitchen. You look like you feel really good. You have the most beautiful skin color, like Snow White. I’m starting off my day with you so it’s a good day. Have a blessed weekend. Love ya!🙏🏻 You mentioned Brenda Gantt. I love her. You remind me of her. Both of you are just who you are and not phony. I love it. ❤️

Lol I remember when I could clean the whole house (dust, sweep, mop, and clean the bathrooms), do laundry, get groceries, and fix dinner in the same day. Now it takes me several days and you are lucky if I even cook a couple times a week! 😅

I will be more than happy to switch and watch you on RUclips…. Rather than your other venue! Love watching you and Brenda Gantt. I started using White Lilly Flour and love it! At some point in the past 5 years I starting to have problems with making scratch cornbread until I switched to White Lily Self rising buttermilk cornmeal. ❤️❤️. Thank you for your sweet attitude!

I just want to thank you for making this video. I really like all of them but this one has tips I have never seen before and I am 60 yrs old. We moved almost 6 years ago and my sink has never been really clean. I saw you use bleach so I tried it. That thing is shining! Also washing and dicing the pepper and freezing it. Who'd a thunk? Not me. I got a bag with red, yellow and orange peppers from Sam's Club and now they are all clean and prepped in the freezer! Thank you, thank you, thank you. :)

I think you’re a practical cook with great advice. You can’t please everyone, so don’t worry about critics. I agree that a consolidated cookbook with your very best recipes is a winner of an idea. It will be so useful if spiral bound. I’m willing to pay more for that binding because it’s so practical. I haven’t bought your four cookbooks but one “best of Tammy’s recipes”, now that I will buy! I know that a cookbook from you will be a treasure. As a RUclips creator, I know you understand that it’s important to keep content fresh and updated. Another reason for a consolidated cookbook from Collard Valley Cooks! An apple comparison video for baking is a great idea.

When I chop up my peppers I spread them out on a large cookie sheet, then stick them in the freezer (usually overnight) then take frozen peppers out, and put the frozen peppers in a storage bag, stick them back into the freezer. The peppers do not stick together and you can just grab what you need.

I have to say I am shocked that the Ukranian Goulash won't make your cook book. I made it along with you when you posted the video. My husband and I liked it so much I made it for our next family dinner. Both daughters and son in laws loved it. My husband requested it so often I made a huge batch of the sauce (without the sour cream of course) and canned it. I have switched to using ground beef simply because it's easier and quicker. I can open a jar of the sauce, add the browned hamburger from the freezer heat it through stir in the sour cream and serve it over angel hair pasta. I have a delicious dinner in about 15 minutes. Thank you for sharing the recipe as it truly is a family favorite here. Of course it is your cook book and not mine.😊
