After watching this movie i began to watch others people's eyes very often i can't understand why. And i got to say this - the eyes are really really beautiful
I hadn't watched this movie for years because I thought the story's premise according to the trailer was stupid. I'm an atheist, scientist and non-spiritualist so I expected the story wouldn't catch me at all. Boy was I wrong. This movie is truly a gem. It is thematically very similar to Contact (which itself is an absolute masterpiece of a movie), but on a smaller scale. It feels very different from all the other movies you watch. Anyone who hasn't seen it yet should definitely give it a try.
I'm an atheist too, and I liked it for the same reasons. But, intriguingly, I found out that it doesn't have the same effect on believers. They don't like it because they "already knew science was wrong".
In my case I’m an spiritualist and when I watched this movie it really hit me in my soul, because I really do believe in soulmates and that there’s somebody out there destined for you

C'est une des plus grosses claque cinématographique que je me suis prise, j'ai pleuré devant et j'écoute encore souvent Dust de The DØ... Ce film est gravé en moi pour toujours, une sorte de premier amour... 🥰
Mike Cahill sci-fi romance thriller is smart, ingenious and thought- provoking film. It is brilliant in many ways about evolution of science through the human eyes.
Great movie! I would like to recommend "Strange Dreams" and the Show "Raised by wolves" - both have this melancholic strange dramatic sci-fi touch to them.
I saw this movie 4 first time like 5 years ago(I was around 13) on a plane comin back to Uruguay My country, the trip was to Brazil cause it was my birth gift. I remember this with so much happiness, this movie mark me very hard, its magic. Now I realized that probably this movie was one of the reasons that made me think on seeing me in the future as a cineast. Now i'm starting studying business cause it's something that i really like and I think it could make me upgrade skills that r going to help me on the movies but my objective is doing movies. I really want to do movies, and i'll do
You definitely won't regret watching it (well at least I hope so!) ☺️ This movie is not only visually stunning but the story is also very moving and it makes you question our universe a lot
@@hyperion4305 me too. The ending left me completely speechless, the way the film ends was absolutely brilliant and the song from Radiohead was very well chosen.
