I have been buying wine from Elie since he had his shop in Royal Oak, MI and then moved to his shop in Birmingham, MI. In this time he has made wine recommendations relative to my request and I have never been disappointed. He truly is a gem

I finally finished an excellent video. Matt I came into wine in1989 and reading Robert Parker one think he was a Journalist...when you would read about a wine after he wrote it up it made you want to either pop the cork or go purchase it. I tried so many wines cause of his influence of his journalism and passion to write about . This guys has a captivating distinct passion also.

Awesome interview. In France the adage goes, It is Complex, rather than Complicated. Which is akin to the comment of “I sell wine” rather than Customers “buy” wine.

Why is the wine spit out in 7:50?
All wine was tasted and spit (some spitting was edited out). When you taste a lot of wines you spit so you don’t get intoxicated
