you need to pry up from the front (toward the engine side) of the switch panel or you break off the tab in the back and then the switch panel won't stay down
That's my problem. Been trying to figure out why the hell the back part(towards trunk) wont pop into place. Someone must have broken it before I bought it.
How do you set the auto down feature on the 2005 Crown Vic Sport driver window after Battery disconnect. I tried the holding button down for 10 seconds trick and didn't seem to work for me. Thanks.
how about adding how to program the "express down" feature? I was thinking it required some special key on, key off flips to trigger it to program mode.

i have a 2009 ford crown vic wen my radio stopped working probably because of the wires touching my windows dont roll up or down anymore either don't know what to do
Both of my front windows will not roll down. I replaced the switch and i still have the same problem. Also the lock buttons on my driver's door also don't work
So if my windows don’t roll down and it jus clicks would this b the problem or do you think it would b my regulators or motors cause my windows jus click like they wanna roll down and the passenger side was fine now it goes down but don’t wanna go up unless I play wit the switch for a bit jus curious if this is my problem or not?
Hi, going to install a keyless entry in my '07 CVPI soon, I saw this video, the green plug from the door locking system, is this a positive or negative or reverse polarity system, would you happen to know that?
a whats the name of it whats under the window switch...them wires whats they call...reason y i ask cuz i have a wire what dont stay in the socket part so my driver side window wont let down unless i unhook it an let wire touch the other matal part to the switch

If I understand your question correctly, I think you are referring to the Pigtail harness? You may need a new master window switch pigtail connector.

Good video. I just need to replace the bezel, it is loose and I was not sure how to get the switches and other controls out of the old bezel.
Do not try pop it up like that! You will snap off the clip at the back you need to pry the front (towards the front of the car) up first

May want to check your fuses as well.
