Thank you Michael for continuing your weekly guided meditation with us while on vacation!! Q: Are we supposed to do the final part where we notice the quality of awareness as vast, dark, silent and still with eyes open as well? (I found doing it with eyes not closed as quite challenging 😅)
When i tried to direct awareness towards itself it was almost like it was caught in suprise if that makes sense. And then it was gone. I wonder if that is the intention of this form of meditation.
