Can someone pls explain to me how ken did a half of a tatsumaki into a hadoken i have played street fighter since i was in middle school and never knew he could do that?
its only in omega street fighter 4. with the release of ultra you could pick the version of the game that you wanted your character to be from and omega was added as an experimental little version with lotsa changes and character reworks like the thing ken's doing in the vid. if you look at the icon under the character's portrait you can see what version is being used
