How To Beat: Takao「Taurus」- Azur Lane - Extreme Challenge Mode

Takao's fight is nothing too difficult, you just need burst damage, for which I used 3 Aircraft Carriers with a focus on AP rockets and medium armor damage. Battleships don't appear to be viable for this fight, because of how fast her damage reduction comes back, making burst damage (like airstrikes and torpedoes) necessary.

Thank you for the guide! Having Sirius was a big help! I didn’t have enough Level 13 BF fighters for my Carriers, and I was struggling to clear. I found that it was better for me to save until I had 6 airstrikes available before unloading, that way her shield wouldn’t respond as quickly.

You're welcome! Sirius isn't insanely useful in normal fleets, but she has her moments, especially in challenges.

We fighting Takao 4 seconds with this challenge mode
I made takao feel the Sisyphus treatment
Her slash counted as a "projectile" and airstrikes deletes all "projectiles"
I launch all the airstrikes just before the resist bar is gone, and it was a funny experience, stand a bit far and watch the special attack becomes a no attack
We do a little trolling
