One of my favorite bits of staging on this song is how each Phantom removes his hat and cape. Some merely divest themselves without any embellishment, some (like Ramin Karimloo), take the time to smooth down their hair after they have removed their hat. it is, in this moment, that the "Phantom" becomes less of the specter and more of the man; with his vanity, "machismo" and personality on full display. It's a fascinating study in theater body language.

There are a couple videos of Lucy but the best one is shot by the same person who did the Josh Piterman and Amy Manford videos. So pretty nice quality when you can see the stage but a decent amount of obstruction

Nope. It’s the doubles the entire descent down the travelator. It’s when the boat comes out that it’s back to the principles
