    For me, every squat over 75% of 1RM looks like 2:05, what I'm doing wrong :(?

      For how long have you been working out? In any case, it's probably because you're not training to be "explosive". Try doing squats with lower weights, but when you go down, do it in 3 seconds and once you go back up, "explose". Almost try jumping.

      Sounds like you've got a sticking point about midway up your squat. You can work on improving your strength at that posture by doing some high box squats or other limited-range-of-motion squat accessories, like maybe Anderson Squats (using a power rack, start at the bottom, with the barbell resting on the safety pins) starting at your sticking point.
      Once you do this, your squat should improve drastically. My sticking point was at the bottom, and when I did Anderson Squats starting at depth, my squat increased 65 pounds in about 4 months.
