Finkle/Einhorn is not "trans," he's pretending to be a woman to hide from his crimes. Second, even if the character were trans, if someone kisses you under false pretense, especially someone who is not of the sex you're attracted to (your sex is always your sex, regardless of your gender), you have every right to be appalled when you learn the truth. Women literally accuse men of rape if they regret the act the next day or realize the man lied to them to get in their pants. Finkle/Einhorn was not truthful about who he/she was, so he/she essentially forced him/herself on Ace and the other dudes. Straight men are not attracted to other males, which Einhorn is. It is not a crime or "transphobic" to be appalled by being kissed by someone who is someone other than they claim to be. People don't owe it to someone to be attracted to them. Claiming stuff like this is "transphobic" just because you don't like it makes people less likely to take actual transphobia seriously. Think about that next time.
