It's actually not a swivel seat, I turned it around permanently. There are only 4 bolts to remove the seat. I had to slightly elongate one of the holes in the seat frame, but totally reversible. It does need to be folded down when in transit to disable the side airbag for safety. No passengers of course.

Wow, it’s very nice. How you change passenger seat to a swivel seat (maybe) ? I haven’t seen any North American NV200 has swivel passenger seat.
