One of my favorite Alaskan beers to batter fish with is the 49th State Solstice. It’s definitely lighter in beer flavor from the Amber you used but it has a natural citrus taste that make for a great beer battered fish,
I grew up eating halibut from Homer,Thank You...😎💯👍A 100 pound halibut on deck can do some damage thats why you shoot them.You can not go to restaurant an order cheek cut you have to go get the halibut yourself an super fresh not frozen yet you really dont need salt&pepper an lemon its good by its self
