The ragam Dwijavanti is an archaic musical river that has flown since time immemorial, from the plains of the North to the plateaus of the South, through the minds of countless composers and musicians.
This medley by Sidharth Prakash and Niranjan Dindodi is an imaginative piece combining the myriad facets of the ragam through a harmonious Tanam, bright Chittai Swarams, ingenious Poruttams and covers compositions in multiple languages by several renowned composers
1. Thillana (Pallavi) - Lalgudi Jayaraman
2. Chetashri Balakrishnam (Madhyama Kala Sahityam, Pallavi) - Muttuswami Dikshitar
3. Krishna Kamalaksha (Charanam) - Vid. R K Shriramkumar
4. Thillana (Muktaya Swaram) - Vid. Bharat Sundar
5. Akhilandeshwari (Madhya Kala Sahityam, Pallavi) - Muttuswami Dikshitar
5. Taruni Nyan (Charanam, Pallavi) - Swati Tirunal
