I was doing a hanging stretch warmup while listening to this and when Eric said how they were gripped by caffeine addiction, I laughed so hard I fell down from the pullup bar. Thanks

I'm vegeterian; I don't eat mammals so no lamb, pork, or beef; eggs, poultry, dairy and fish are ok. I definitely experience better mental and lifting performance when I supplement with creatine.

How about taurine for female? And how much dose per day? Asking cause there's 3g taurine for a 150mg caffeine of energy drink that I just bought.

Creatine and protein are the only worth it, maybee some vitamin just for health, but for building muscle naturally, just these two. Anything else will make no difference at all. No one has put extra muscle for taking bcaa, glutamine, carnitine or any other bs.

I've noticed a lot from rosea, when I made my custom pre workouts (really just adding stuff to falvored caffeine powder) it defiently gave me an extra bump especially stacked with everything I was taking.
