  • Have people inside the scene explain and guide you through the tour. Use our Animated Panorama to make certain areas inside your still panorama come to live. You can either record a video right where you took the panorama or integrate just any stock video with or without Chroma.
    The tutorial shows how to integrate a video into your panorama seamlessly, using advanced features like Blending and Chroma. For thos who are used to working with Adobe After Effects, we also show how to prepare the videos in After Effects CC so they perfectly integrate into your panoramas.

    This feature in 3D Vista is very appealing to users of 3D Vista.I have downloaded most of 3D Vista software and seem to like this software for Virtual Tour. Is 3D Vista a one-off purchase for the license or is based on monthly-subscription?

    That's amazing. I'd consider myself still a 3DVT noob and thanks to the great production quality of your tutorials (except the background music) I'm learning fast.
    Can't wait until videos with an alpha matte/channel are supported. ;-) Speaking of mattes. It would be great to implement them into 3DVT. Would be such a time saver. Right now I cut out pieces of my pano, mask them in Photoshop, export them as png and stick them on top of my content that I want to partially hide. It's a pain in a§$.

    • @maximilianjaenicke
      @maximilianjaenicke Год назад

      PS: If it would be to expensive to develop the whole tool-set to create masks within 3DVT, it would be great to at least be able to import greyscale bitmaps and use those as alpha mattes.

    Does it work if I use a regular video shot on a camera instead of 360 vid?

    • @360Pros
      @360Pros 3 года назад

      Yes, you would just have to play around with it a lot more in AE to free transform or other warp tools. You'll also want to take a second panorama with your subject in the shot to have a correctly projected and distorted image to match your regular video shot.

    Thanks for this tutorial. I love this program. I am currently in trial mode and I'm going to buy this program because I already have a client, but I can't seem to find how to end the 360 video on the last frame and remaining the hotspots. I am making a virtual tour with 360 video's. When I don't use the carousel I can loop the 360video or it will stop on the last frame, but when stopping on the last frame my hotspots disapear. How can I make the 360 video stop on the last frame and still see/use the hotspots. Thanks in advance.

    However, if possible, I would like to ask you about the integrating a person interview - adding live characters.
    In your example you say you used the Theta V. The sound was recorded with a lavalier mic and then post edited? Or just with the sound of the in built mic inside the Theta V? Thank you so much.

    12:04 when the object is higher or lower then the horizontal center and you move around with the camera, this changes the VR Output comp badly. So badly that it's not possible to create a mask and export the temporary panorama to align the video hotspot later on. Would be nicer to see that the video hotspot can be taken out of the 360 video within 3dvista. Would save a lot of work this way.

    Hi guys, just revisiting this again, as I may have have a clieng that wants to use this feature. How would I go about recording the overlaid video if I am shooting my tour with a Sony a7iii with the Samyang 12mm f2.8 Fisheye lens? Would I just record the video using the fisheye, and the person standing where I want it overlaid or would that cause problems? I was going to send this to support, but thought others may find it useful to find out. 😁

    • @3dvista
      @3dvista  5 лет назад +3

      Hi Nick, yes the ideal way is to take the panorama first and right after that turn the panohead to frame the view for the video and start recording. Same location, same height, same settings that for the panorama. Then just follow the instructions in the video and should work fine ;)

    The video on the TV screen works great. However, I bumped into a problem. I replaced the video on the TV screen with another video. Then I deleted the old video from my hard disk, because I didn't need it anymore. Now it is somehow still referenced by the program and I can't open my tour because it says the file can't be found and I need to provide a new path. But I don't seem to find an option to ignore the missing file and I could only continue opening the tour If I provided the path. Is there any way I could remove the video from my library? Thank you very much for your help.

      OK I found a solution, just selected another video when it asked me to provide the path, then it accepted and I could easily remove the vide form the library afterwards.

      If you shot with a DSLR, just make sure that you keep the camera and tripod in the exact same spot and position that you had for taking the panorama and also make sure that you use the same lens. This way it will be easy to blend into the panorama as explained in the tutorial.
