If you want to easily clean that Dutch oven, put one dryer sheet with a little dish soap, in the Dutch oven then pour some very hot water in it, enough to cover up the sides. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and voila! Use the dryer sheet to scrub your pot. This really works.☺️❤️

I made the honey mustard chicken thighs with sweet potato ,white potatoes and carrots this was fantastic my husband loved it.The vegetables were so good I am going to try more vegetables next time

I'd love to try the Asian Chicken meal idea, but since its just me would it work with boneless chicken breasts (I get the WM big bag & lasts me awhile) and would it work in my toaster oven? Its just me so I don't like turning the big oven on unless I have to.
I lived in New York for 7 years with just a toaster oven an electric steamer and electric burner. You can do amazing thing in a toaster oven! Give it a go!

Newly discovered chicken hack: If you soak your raw chicken pieces in cold salt water on fridge for about 15 minutes before cooking your chicken will turn out very juicy and tender.
I clean all of my cast iron with hot water and Salt nothing else and after I wipe it off with a paper towel .I always , re-season it again . with softened lard .
