Does this work if you forgot your original lock combo?? I went on a trip a while ago and forgot the lock combo i used 😭 It’s currently unlocked but i’m afraid if i lock it and try and reset it, it won’t work and I won’t be able to use my luggage anymore!!

No key, you don't need one :)
I changed the combo now the locks won't lock and reset button doesn't work (cannot press down) slide to unlock won't move... I'm frustrated! New combo won't work, old combo won't work and cannot find a customer service phone number on website
Oh boy! I'm so sorry to hear that... unfortunately I don't work for Beis (I'm a customer myself) so I really hope you can get through to their customer service phone number. Maybe try their online chat as well? Or other lock combination reset videos that may have suggestions? Keep me updated if you do find a solution. If it's brand new it should def be under the warranty
Oh! thank you. I thought you may be one of their reps. Yes, Its brand new, delivered a few weeks ago but only got around to changing the code for a trip in the next few days. I've sent an email but there is no phone number that I can find or help with chat. But I do appreciate your response. Thank you so much.

hey I'm here + here to help lol beis should really be paying me for this LOL okay so what's the issue? I switched it back at the end to 000 because I was going through the process again to show how to recode it. For example: beis set the lock to 000 and we switched it together to 422. That was not the code I wanted to personally use so I wanted to switch it back to another code. Just to show on camera that you can continue switching codes I put it back to 000. But you don't have to. Once you set your code to 422 (or your desired #) then you are done! I hope that makes sense?

@@someonelol234 HEY! Oh gosh I'm sorry I couldn't possibly tell you how to work with a luggage I don't have myself.... I'm not a professional luggage opener haha i just figured it out for this brand and shared my tip in case it helps someone else out. Keep playing around with it and good luck
Yes, they never show you where the stupid reset button is; thank you! I love Beis, but they need to do better with these instructions on their site.
