Quite simple. Just purchase a TSA7 key on one of the many Chinese websites that sell them for just a couple of dollars. I have a few of those at home and they always work.
I make many of my videos for that very reason! That happened to me as well, I bought my first Pacsafe anti-theft day pack and the sales person could not explain how the zippers or all the security features worked, I bought it, figured it all out and made videos on them! Thanks for watching!!

I can’t reset my lock 😢 I know the old combination, but sadly when I try to change it, it doesn’t work for me
