Verovatno najbolji veznjak današnjice, a, po mom mišljenju, i jedan od najboljih ikada. Da je kojim slučajem rođen u, recimo, Engleskoj ili Španiji, sigurno bi imao epitet GOAT-a. Ovako ga svetska medijska mašinerija pomalo marginalizuje, iako Luka iz nedelje u nedelju pokazuje i dokazuje ko je najbolji u najuspešnijem klubu na svetu. Prepotentni Englezi prepumpali Kejna, vrsnog strelca protiv uvek nezgodnih Paname i Tunisa, a koji nije ni najbolji igrač/strelac u sopstvenom klubu. Slično su forsirali Rija Ferdinanda, jednog od najboljih defanzivaca u njihovoj istoriji, iako taj isti Ferdinand nije bio ni najbolji defanzivac u Man Junajtedu. What people most often miss about what makes modric truly world class is his positioning and ability to retain possession. If he knows he won’t win the first ball he’ll drift into an area to cut off a passing lane or win a second ball. You can see that in his interception from this video. Also, he doesn’t make mistakes. He always keeps possession allowing his team to stay on the offensive. Obviously he has great dribbling and passing but those are easy to see. It’s the other stuff that helps Real Madrid win championships
